Le lieu est magnifique et très propre. Si nous n'avions pas eu une altercation avec le propriétaire, ça aurait pu être l'endroit idyllique.

Équipements annoncés non dispo sur place. Impossible de trouver une solution avec le gérant qui s'est énervé aussitôt. Fermé à toute solution, il n'a pas voulu nous rembourser et a préféré que l'on s'en aille... Le personnel (excepté le gérant) était très souriant et mal à l'aise de cette situation. Bien dommage!

In Kurzform: Schimmel überall, nicht dort übernachtet, kein Geld zurück bekommen, keine Kommunikation. Lange Story: Wir sind abends um 21 Uhr angekommen, wurde von einem Mitarbeiter empfangen und zum Bungalow gebracht. Dort angekommen hat es muffig und nach Schimmel gerochen. Wir haben darum gebeten, einen anderen Bungalow zu bekommen. Der Mitarbeiter wollte es mit seinem Chef klären, ist mit dem Roller weggefahren und nie wieder wiedergekommen. Wir haben uns sowohl per Booking als auch per WhatsApp beschwert und auf keinem Kanal eine Reaktion erhalten. Der Booking.com Kundenservice war zwar sehr hilfsbereit konnte aber schlussendlich nichts tun, da bei der Buchung Stornierung ausgeschlossen war (der Grund hierfür ist uns jetzt auch klar). Wir haben vor Ort auch mit anderen Gästen gesprochen, die ebenfalls von Schimmel berichtet haben. Wir haben dort nicht übernachtet und uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht.

The host/owner of the property was incredibly hospitable. The jungle location was very relaxing and the pool setting was very nice. Excellent and clean pool with very fresh clean cool water and relaxing music playing in the background.

My only complaint is the Room I was In had no airflow at all and was extremely humid, to the point of all my clothes being damp every day and smelling musty. My recommendation would be to get screens on glass sliding doors so the door could be left open without mosquitos getting in.

José Luis is very cool, comfortable with his rustic design, al estilo Tulum.
