From check in to check out the staff was AMAZING! Everyone was so friendly and helpful (even with a bit of a language barrier at times they were truly accommodating)! The location is fantastic if you don’t mind renting bikes (free with stay) and riding to downtown (about ten-fifteen minutes) for food and shopping or even to the beach and beach club area (a bit longer of a ride, but easy enough if you are comfortable - about forty minutes). The atmosphere and ambiance of the property makes you feel like you are in the middle of the jungle, a real “vibe” but you’re still close enough to see and do things. I just left and I already want to come back - sooner than later too!

It is a bit far from the beach (as I mentioned) but it isn’t a terrible bike ride to get there (about 40 minutes by bicycle or much quicker by taxi). That being said, the location is great if you want a more peaceful secluded stay away from the tourists.

El personal súper amable y atento. La piscina es una maravilla. Las instalaciones están llenas de detalles muy cuidados con un estilo muy homogéneo. Bicicletas disponibles para moverte al pueblo si no tienes vehículo.

Está un poco alejado del centro del pueblo para ir a pie, aunque eso ofrece también mucha calma.

Beautiful natural jungle environment

Location is a little bit far from things, but no problem if you have any kind of vehicle

Nos cambiaron a una habitación superior, ya que había disponibilidad y la nuestra era un poco pequeña y oscura, no nos cobraron suplemento. Piscina para refrescarse. Habitación grande.

The personnel is super friendly. The provided bikes are free of charge and renting them is not complicated at all. With them, you can reach the center in about nine minutes. The whole place is absolutely adorable and we were sad not to spend more time to be able to use all the facilities. Further, it's clean and you can ask for anything you need at the reception. We can recommend this place!

The bathroom is not completely seperated from the room (might decrease the romance level ;) ) and the light in the room is very dim. Both points are really minor.

Endroit magnifique. Très calme. Personnel aux petits soins. Il a été possible de laisser nos bagages après l'heure de départ sans contrepartie.
