Beautiful and luxurious

The location was central, felt very safe. The service was amazing and the food at the restaurant was excellent!

The location is just right for our needs, and it’s a comfortable, quiet hotel with the amenities we need.

Unfortunately, as we have been staying here for a few years now, we have noticed a steady decline in the quality of care for guests. The staff remain well attentive, but the quality of the food, the amount of food offered, have dropped dramatically. Little things like needing to ask for more water or coffee each morning is a small annoyance, and just in general it feels like the management is losing control of the overall high quality experience that was initially offered here. It may be due to economic downturn, but it just doesn’t feel like they are doing what is needed to retain existing clients or attract new ones.

La atención los alimentos el lugar increíble

Al momento del check out estuvimos 1 hora o poco mas esperando nos liberaran aunque mas bien fue por tema de booking y el reflejo del pago

There is one HUGE problem with Origen 438: They fill all the public spaces with an awful, noxious, totally overpowering diffused fragrance. It is truly disgusting and they need to STOP it. I am not that sensitive to smells, but if you are, you will NOT enjoy a stay at this hotel.

El hotel es muy original y con buenos detalles de lujo, camas comodas y personal de comedor muy amable, aunque podrian ser un poco mas rápidos.

El personal de recepción poco servicial y nada atento. Entiendo que el check in tiene cierto horario, pero se molestan al pedirles ayuda para tener habitación antes de la hora y al parecer eso influye a que te la entreguen aun más tarde. Lamentablemente no pude llegar a tiempo a la boda de mi familiar debido a su tardanza. Que era el motivo de mi viaje.
