Clean room and excellence staff service

Very good restaurant, beautiful facilities. Very nice room.

First rate hotel, central district is a very seedy area, not safe to walk around. Staff very nice, but very slow service. Only a few staff understand English, so difficulty for non-Spanish speakers.

Clean, quiet and very comfortable. Excellent staff in bar and restaurant, and front desk.

The entire property is well curated. There are so many extra touches and attention to detail that make this hotel special. The art is also a special part of the ambiance. It sets the tone for the stay in Guadalajara. The Spa was excellent, especially for a small property. The service was enjoyable, professional and therapeutic. the therapist was well trained. It was also a good value. The staff were pleasant. I spoke with friends who used the spa service and they also were pleased.

I really can not think of anything that I experienced that was not done well. The food and service at the restaurant was excellent. I tried some regional dishes that I enjoyed. it was evident that the staff worked hard to help the guest have a wonderful experience. I would like to acknowledge Daniel, Abraham, Ricardo and Arturo. They all did an exceptional job. There were others who were wonderful as well, but I cannot recall their names.

The hotel itself had small shops on the ground floor, the rooms are keycard access only, no one without a keycard can access the rooms. It’s a beautiful place. The spa was very hard to make an appointment with, need more staff there! Definitely would’ve loved to try if appointments were available. El hotel en sí tenía pequeñas tiendas en la planta baja, las habitaciones solo tienen acceso con tarjeta de acceso, nadie sin tarjeta de acceso puede acceder a las habitaciones. Es un lugar precioso. Fue muy difícil hacer una cita con el spa, ¡necesitamos más personal allí! Definitivamente me hubiera encantado intentarlo si hubiera citas disponibles.

The location is excellent, the valet parking convenient, and the included breakfast is cooked to order. Do not miss the blue corn sopes!

Los servicios ofrecidos por el hotel son de buen nivel. El hotel esta en un are super centrica, con valet parking y los desayunos incluidos son buenos. El barman es un nativo del area con platica amena y conocedor de la cuidad y sus historias.
