Un hotel que vende como lo más Premium de la zona pero queda muy corto en muchas cosas. Cuando llegamos el cubre cama estaba manchado y el suelo estaba muy mal limpiado, tuvimos que pedir que nos limpiaran bien la habitación y nos cambiaran las cobijas manchadas. El personal es muy grosero, no saben lo que es la amabilidad y el servicio al cliente. Se solicitó una almohada adicional y la respuesta de la recepción fue “no es posible, las almohadas están contadas por persona para cada habitación”, un hotel que no pueda proporcionar una almohada adicional es de un nivel muy malo. El agua de la ducha nunca calentó, la ducha solo tiene agua fría. El parqueo huele muy mal y está sumamente sucio y lleno de basura.
