Good location

Very bad customer service. The power energy, water service and WiFi did not work for around 10hrs. The staff did not offer an actual solution until the next day. And when I try to reach them via the service number they gave me they did’t answered. Was very hard to communicate with the staff.

The bed was comfortable and the location was great

Right when we checked in my pillows had a ton of someone else’s hair in them. The bathroom had the most terrible smell to it. It reeked of rotten fish and stunk up the whole room. The shower drain was clogged and we could barely shower without overflowing it, but I believe this is where the smell came from. A few hours after check in we ran out of power for an entire 12 hours at night with no light (the only building on the block) and the water stopped working. There is no staff there to help the the owners were not very responsive.

El lugar cuando llegamos estaba muy sucio, desde cabellos en el lavabo y dentro de la cama, las sábanas no parecían limpias, desde un inicio chequé las reseñas en Google y todas parecían alertarnos pero como no me reembolsaban, decidí darles una oportunidad la cual me arrepiento, el lugar guarda mucho los olores de baño y drenaje y no hay circulación en las habitaciones, casi nunca me quejo pero esta vez si se pasaron, fue una experiencia muy mala el quedarnos aquí, NO los recomiendo ( no me deja cargar todas las fotos )

Location was good. Close to everything in the beautiful Condesa district.

When I entered the room I realized that it has not been cleaned. As nobody answered me on the emergency contact number provided by booking I had to sleep in used bedsheets. The next day I met the cleaning staff and she told me that she could not clean the room because the electricity had been gone the evening before. She also told me that there were clean rooms available. I would only have needed the access code to another room but as nobody answered me at night I was trapped in the dirty one. I did not even get my money back. The customer service just stopped answering me after telling me that they would “check what has happened”. I complained via booking and received the answer that the location would have refused the refund and that they won’t be able to help me. 0/10! If you can, go somewhere else.

Good location.

The bathroom wasn’t that clean when I arrived. It also looked like someone slept on the bed. There were some hairs on the sheets. The room was really small and I had no blind for the glass door.
