I’d like to start by saying that the place had a great location. It’s about. 20 mins walk to la reforma and bosque de Chapultepec, also condesa is filled with a lot of venues. However, the first issue I really had was not receiving emails from them, when I did I was told that I would receive an email explaining how the check-in process will be since no front desk is available at the property. The day I had to travel arrived and I still hadn’t receive the procedure to check in, since a contact was available I had messaged them through WhatsApp and was told that the procedure to check in will be emailed around 2 or 3 pm since check in time is at 4pm. I arrived at Mexico CDMX at 3:30pm and I still hadn’t received the email. So I kept trying to call them and messaging them, however I didn’t get the instructions to check in until around 4:30pm. Then, the blow dryer in the bathroom stopped working and so did the main light in the room, other than that the ambiance at the property is very chill.

Room was pretty small and not so private from the rest of the rooms. It felt a bit like a house share with strangers.

Dangerous for your health , this rat hole is called deluxe?

Dangerous for your health. There is no window and when you open the door you are assaulted by stinky stuffy air. There is no air movement, it's hot and stuffy like in a locker. The glass door to the unit is see through, there is no privacy. The glass door goes into hallway and light flashes on with each passing guest well after midnight . Other guests giggle and talk in the untidy kitchen, and it feels like they are in your room. No sound insulation , no fresh air. The room is so small that there is no place for a chair or taburet to put on your luggage or your clothes. Shower hole is too narrow to squeeze in. Management did not bother to reply, just ignoring me.

Staff was very responsive, check in was good

Our room (#4) was next to a patio, which seems nice but was noisy and when people were smoking you could smell it in the room. Besides that, we missed a curtain at our door which did not give privacy and the bathroom floor was wet after taking a shower.
