O quarto é ótimo. Super confortável.

O banheiro estava com um probleminha no ralo e por isso, tinha fuga de água que acabava inundando o banheiro.

Muy limpio, muy buen ubicado y el personal es muuy amable.

El hotel es estilo boutique es muy acogedor y se encuentra cerca de lugares de interés, tiene un supermercado pequeño justo al frente y opciones de panadería muy cerca.

Il n'y a pas de petit-déjeuner !! Et il n'y a pas non plus de possibilité de prendre le petit-déjeuner à proximité dans la rue !! Très mauvais point; résultat, j'ai passé 3 jours sans pouvoir prendre de petit-déjeuner. Il n'y a pas de bureau dans la chambre, donc pas possible de travailler; très négatif; je ne comprends qu'une chambre d"hôtel puisse être fournie sans bureau ! Et il n'y a non plus aucune table dans les parties communes qui pourrait faire office de bureau temporaire

I absolutely loved the aesthetic of Casa Castillo. Both the exterior and interior were beautifully designed, creating a really inviting and stylish atmosphere

The check-in experience was extremely frustrating. We arrived at 1 a.m. and presented our full Booking.com confirmation, emails, name, phone number, and email address. Despite having all the required documentation, the staff member repeatedly insisted that we did not have a reservation. He demanded a “booking confirmation number” that was separate from the Booking.com confirmation number and does not appear anywhere in the emails or official confirmation. He insisted we provide it, even though we clearly could not. After several minutes of confusion, he retrieved the number himself, which made the situation even more unreasonable. It created a stressful and unpleasant start to the stay. Housekeeping is only available at an extra charge, and because there is no standard room service, there is also nowhere to dispose of trash. This led to trash accumulating in the room over several days. The location is also not the most convenient for reaching major attractions, though the immediate area is quiet and has a few cafés nearby.

The hot water in the shower lasted only for a minute or two and then it went back to very cold

Location was very good - between Polanco and Condesa. Walking distance to all tourist places. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are well equipped.

The room we stayed in (24) was very dark, as the window was facing the stairs. In result there was no sunlight and room was very cold (even during the day, when the temperature hit 24 degrees Celsius, the room was very cold. This might seem like not an issue in Mexico, but the November nights tend to get really cold out there). Humidity in the room was extreme, in result the clothes absorbed a lot of water and were kinda stinky.
