Great place to stay. Convenient location and very good communication. We needed a couple of things and they responded immediately. My only complaint was the hot water in the shower.

Great property. I could find an iron, which would have been helpful, that or a steamer. More hangers as well. Ofherwise, I will totally be back.

Amazing apartment - spacious, clean, and safe. The apartment used a door code instead of keys which was easy and convenient. Internet worked perfectly for working remote. The apartment itself was located in southern Condesa, but everything was a 20 min walk or quick uber. Lots of restaurants nearby and the best tacos down the street.

The property was nice and new but they did not respond to messages prior to my visit requesting bedding for the sofa bed, on this platform. We were finally able to obtain bedding but it required multiple communications. The property was nice and clean otherwise.

I love the location and the quiet area

I can’t compare this place to other places in Mexico City as it was our first time, but it was clean, felt safe, and had most everything we needed. It was smaller, though, than we were expecting. We did have to ask for another set of sheets for the couch, and getting those took a few attempts. Just know that you won’t get a response from them through the hotels app—you have to download whats app and message them that way. Even then they take a little bit of time to respond. They stored our bags for us when we checked out so we could explore the city a bit more before our flight which was nice, but we had to wait 15 minutes to get our bags when we came to retrieve them—again, the response time is a little slow. Another nice thing is there is a farmacia and an oxxo right at the end of the block so if you need anything from there, it’s close. Condesa is a great neighborhood!

It was excellent. The staff was very responsive. We just have a suggestion that they should have a toaster and electric kettle.

Very nice apartment in a safe, pleasant area. Plenty of local dining options. Would happily stay there again.

Excellent place: great location, clean and nice looking. All needs are thought of taken care!

Extremely comfortable, modern and clean. Spent 10 days in CDMX and this location in Condesa is absolutely perfect and central. Metro station is super close. Between that and walking, you should be able to get everywhere you need. (Ubers work too, traffic is just brutal). Overall highly recommend!
