Choapan 28 - Lux Apartments in Condesa

We really enjoyed our stay. The communication with the apartment management was through WhatsApp and really very helpful. We were pleased with the hospitality and the ease of access to the unit. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and spatious. We really appreciate the kitchen and the ability to cook, make tea and coffee, store food. Hot water for showers is an electric water heater with limited volume You can have quick hot showers and wait for the next one to heat up. This is good for the planet so it was fine for us but we needed to figure it out. Thanks for everything.

The hot water in the apartment wasn't heating the first couple days we were taking a shower with cold water, the communication between management/cleaning crew/tenant awful. The noise on the top floor was crazy for couple days, only cleaned the apartment once and I was there for 14 days because of failed communication. Had to wash their towels myself to have clean towels and do my own cleaning.

Great place to start. I would recommend it to anybody without any reservation. The location is ideal for those who want to enjoy all the activity going on in Condesa without the traffic and noise that comes with it. I think this is the first time I stay in a building that was MADE to work for temporary stays and it works GREAT.

My brother and I stayed at Choapan 28 - Lux Apartments during our recent visit to Mexico City. Overall, it was a decent stay. The apartment itself was clean and spacious and had everything we needed, including toiletries, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. The location in Condesa was great and very walkable. My only complaints were access and noise. The walls are quite thin, and we could hear other guests' conversations, footsteps, and slamming doors quite clearly. During the week there was also some very loud construction going on directly above us starting promply at 8:30am. Additionally we had issues with some of the electronic locks not working using our provided code, which meant we had to stand out in the hallway for up to 20 minutes on more than 2 occasions for the staff to remotely unlock the door.

The host was so accommodating and nice. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. Nice neighborhood. Very walkable. Also the bed was 10/10 so comfortable

Everything was perfect except the noise that the people checked into the next unit was making - luckily, I had to put up with them for only one night.

I liked the way Alex, our host, helped us all along. Although the check in time is 3 pm, he let us keep our luggage inside around 2:30 pm because we had to leave for a tour around 3 pm. He also provided us the needed guidance about different aspects of stay, say, availability of room heater, blankets etc. keeping the cold night in mind. He also guided us about the shower which was needed because it was run by solar power. Also, the day we left, he allowed us to stay up to 12:30 pm despite the check out time being 11 am because that day one of our tours ended at 12 noon. Overall, he was very friendly, polite, and always available to help.

I would definitely stay here again! Loved this place! Plus the host was very accommodating.
