The overhang in the stairwell needs marking so people don’t hit their head on it.

Letty and Carlos were very helpful and friendly

Construction noise …not great because my husband does construction for a liiving. Moved once, but still heard it. food was very expensive. Especially for a place under construction! Stairs were unsafe, NO trap rails. No jacuzzi.

The property is right on the edge of the little town with restaurants and trinket sellers. It is on the opposite side of the point from all the high end resorts that have a really hassle security processs

it is right on the marina and a little noise etc it is beachfront in view but not perfectly a little 20-30 yard walk left or right...

La localisation est incroyable. L'appartement est très agréable et très bien équipé. La vue est fantastique. La piscine sur le toit est vraiment agréable.

Quelques légers bémols: beaucoup trop de gadgets de décoration inutile dans l'appartement, on étouffe un peu dans la multitude de coussins et objets de décoration divers. Dommage qu'il y ait un logement de type bidonville au pied de l'immeuble. Et enfin, on aurait aimé un service de ménage régulier, a heure fixe l’après midi.
