Excellent location! Great outside seating area! Right next to beach. Living room space also very nice.

Bathrooms and kitchen needs updating.

The beds were the best! Clean. Beach access

No microwave. Outside patio needs maintenance

THERE WAS NO AC, NO TV, WATER HEATER DID NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY. FIRST DAY I CALLED IN TO CANCELED AND CHANGE MY PROPERTY. HOWEVER, I WAS NOT ABLE TO BECAUSE OF A HIGHER CHARGE. I WAS FRUSTRATED BECAUSE I HAVE TWO KIDS WITH ME AND WITHOUT AC AND TV I KNOW WE WERE NOT GOING TO HAVE A GOOD VACATION. LAST TWO DAYS WE WERE NOT ABLE TO SLEEP GOOD DO TO EXCESSIVE HEAT/HUMIDITY. SINCE THE FIRST DAY I CONTACTED THE OWNER TO MENTIONED HIM MY NEEDS, BUT HE DID NOT EVEN MOVE A FINGER TO HELP. I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED AND MAD FOR NOT HAVING THE ATTENTION I BELIEVE WE DESERVE. Beautiful, clean, spacious, bright property with a lot of natural light shining through.

There was no water in the morning, took about 2 hours to get water running and then hot water to show up. Other than the water issue, all else was great! Property is ocean front, but it’s not right in the beach, slight slope to get to beach between other properties. Not the prettiest ocean view etc.

Such a beautiful and relaxing spot to rest and enjoy! We spent the weekend lounging inside and by the beach. We wandered around town, walked to go get tacos, laid in the beach, went out for dinner - it was so peaceful and fun.

The apartments and property are wonderful. Very detailed and comfortable. Clean and well put together. They’re very cozy. Would love an extra addition of beach towels or something safe to use at the beach other than the white towels. Other than that little addition, everything was great!

The property overall is in good condition and looks nice. There’s beach access and the little area is almost a semi-private beach area, which is great. However, nobody cleans your room during the days of your stay and I stay there for five days. The building is in a residential area and the neighboring homes have many dogs. The dogs bark at all hours of the night and it is extremely noisy, the hot water heater is also very inefficient, had to turn the water to cold and then too hot to get it to reactivate so hot water was delivered approximately one minute at a time and then would get cold.

The decor was beautiful! The patio overlooking the ocean was also one of the highlights.

It would have been nice to have beach towels or chairs to take out on the beach.
