Blvd Sunset, a spot to relax

I liked the sound of the waves near the property. The host was very responsive and the location was great for us.

I was quite disappointed with this property. The beach access had a steep slope, making it difficult and unpleasant to walk down, and the beach itself was filthy, with lots of sargasso and sea worms. Additionally, there was ongoing construction during our stay, leading to loud, disruptive noises and workers frequently walking around the premises. Inside the home, we encountered ants in random areas like the kitchen and bedroom. The front glass door lacked any curtain, which made it uncomfortable as there was little privacy—anyone could easily see inside. On top of that, the front door was difficult to lock and unlock with the keys provided. Overall, while the place has potential, it definitely needs significant upgrades and improvements in both comfort and cleanliness.

I liked the fact that it was by an Oxxo and located near many stores. The price was decent.

My apartment wasn’t completely given to me until 9pm. My bed wasn’t complete until 9pm, I was waiting on my sheets until 9pm. I observed the cleaning lady talking on the phone, having a drink, joking with her coworker at about 5pm instead of hustling to resolve the issue. The host told me he would reimburse me for the night and he never did. He actually wanted me leave a positive review before reimbursing me. Which I’m still waiting to be reimbursed. This property is hard to reach, there is no number to call, none of the numbers work. They contact you through a separate what’sapp number, when they feel like it. And if you call that WhatsApp number they never answer only message. I’m still waiting on that reimbursement and it’s been a month.

The beachfront access, listening to the crashing of the waves, and the ocean view was so relaxing. The apartment was spacious for two and nicely decorated.

The option for a little more privacy would have been welcome and the space had a more wear and tear than it seemed in the photos.

The apartment is by the beach, that was nice

The apartment had no ac, nor fans, the place was really MUGGY during the day and at night. No one could sleep. The mattresses are way too hard no one could sleep. I asked for two fans they only provided one. The parking at the apartment is down hill, coming out of it was a problem for my car the bottom part got so scratched.

Location was good. Overall space was great for my family size. Only complaint is that as far as linens and couches and chair cushions, everything was very worn and didn’t look clean. Also no AC which I don’t think they advertise but it would’ve been great as it gets a lil humid. Great views tho.
