Inner neighborhood location that was 10-15 walk to the water. Secure building, the app for gate entry is a bit finicky, but was able to get a key card. We had 2 families and stayed in 1A family unit that had 2 King bedrooms along with its own balconies. 2 toddlers and a baby, and were very comfortable with the amenities, 1 flight of stairs to access unit. The kitchen sink was clogged and Alex was able to come fix it. He was always available via WhatsApp to answer any questions and come to our aid as needed. Sound machine helped to block out street noise. Thank you!

Our accommodations were simply stunning. Of course, we saw pictures of the rooms prior to making our booking but when we got there, it was even better than expected. This new apartment condominium, four story walk up, has wonderful balconies overlooking both the mountains, along with views of the ocean. The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors open entire walls between the apartment and the still vibrant, local community. Our new kitchen came with everything you needed to take care of yourself. A wonderful open market is close with many Mexican food restaurants and food stalls. To top it off the hospitality and assistance we received from Alex, the manager, was exemplary. Anything required he was there to assist. Our only regret was that we didn’t book for a longer period of time.

Couldn’t fault this place! Beautiful and comfortable beds! We came to leave our bags while we waited for check in and staff quickly cleaned our room and let us check in around 11am. It is cheaper to rent for a month

Very nice place and the host was very communicative and helpful. Overall it was incredible and everything was just like the photos. there were two balconies in the one I stayed in. The roof top area was awesome with a view for miles. This neighborhood was nice, I met a few locals who were very friendly.

The wifi was a bit spotty so I generally had to rely on cell service. You have to access the building with a QR code on your phone which I guess is convenient for some people , but I'd prefer just to have a key, key card, or access code, especially if you don't have your phone on you by accident or on purpose. Overall this place was great though!

Gorgeous room with great facilities and balconies. Also loved the pool at the property, wasn’t very busy so was nice and private.

There is no lift so room was on 4th floor and pool on 5th so a long walk up with suitcases. This isn’t a fault of the property, I just didn’t read it before I went so an FYI more than anything 😊

To be honest I was a little bit sceptical before my stay here. Pictures were so good and price was cheap. And there was no return money option in case of cancellation . But I was really surprised when I moved in apartments with my girlfriend. Our room was even better than at the photos. Administrator was super friendly and stayed in contact during all our stay 24/7. Location is also great. It was easy to reach out to all the beaches or touristic places. We just walked or took the taxi which is usually super cheap compared to Canadian prices. The pool on the roof was always free and clean. So it was great to spend time there during hot days.

There was a few small technical problems with doors but administrators helped us to open it so it didn’t make our staying worst.

The upstairs and network, they should add an elevator and upgrade the internet quality.

Spotlessly clean. Great AC. New washing machine. Comfortable bed. Nice balcony. Secure entrance. Drinking water in large container. Nice dipping pool. Lots of storage/closets. Food and markets short walking distance

Noisy neighborhood. Stairs have no handrail

Super clean. 5 min taxi drive to everything.
