Best bang for your buck. In the center of going to the Marina or to the Malecon. It is walkable, about 15-20 to the beach, but I don’t recommend it since the roads are paved with cobblestones and it just hurts your legs. It’s cheap to use an Uber. Cost me about $3-7 to get to the Marina, Malecon, or Center. The ride was no longer than 5-10 mins. The apartment was beautiful! Bed was comfy and everything was super clean. The pool was nice too and great way to enjoy the sunset. Check in and Check out was a breeze - you do it yourself. You will be provided the info via the chat function via your booking site. The two downfalls: there is no elevator and we were on the 4th floor so it felt like a trek (that was my own fault not reading carefully and no fault to the booking) and scanning code to get into the apartment complex can be a bit difficult, as it takes a while while moving around the QR code in different angles to read and open the door (but it didn’t bother us). The front desk was helpful and friendly! Her English was not strong but google translate is your best friend and she was able to assist and had a smile on her face! If you need any assistance during your stay, the owners are responsive via the chat function or you can call them. They were super nice and we enjoyed our stay! I would definitely stay here again, but maybe pack lighter to get me up the stairs!

I love the safety of it, as well as the beauty of the furnishings and finishes.

Both nights it was a little loud after midnight with music playing, etc. I was able to fall asleep though after a little bit.

Modern interior

Absolutely nightmarish building. Noise from roosters, partying neighbors, street, did I mention EXTREMELY NOISY. Do not stay here if you want to get any sleep at all! Asked for a refund because we had to abandon both nights we booked, and got nothing. Paid for two nights the room was left empty because it was uninhabitable. STAY AWAY!

Great location. The property manager was amazing. She was so accommodating. The room was modern, cupboards beautiful and well equipped with everything you need. The best! Top of the line. Pool are is beautiful. Great view of the city and ocean!!

We liked how large the room was and that we had a beautiful mountain view and a large bed.

The loud dog barking next door, no hair dryer and no washing liquid and no kettle.

Unit was stylish and modern with large balconies.

It is on the 4th floor which is tough when running in and out.
