me gustó la instalación, el servicio ya que nos movíamos por medio de carritos internamente fue malo, esperamos media hora para ir del spa a la alberca

I stayed at this hotel over the weekend and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations for a property advertised as five-star. In reality, the service and facilities are more in line with a three-star hotel. We paid $600 for one night in a villa that, upon arrival, did not have a functioning door lock. I reported the issue and was told it had been fixed. However, when I returned to the villa, the lock was still not working. I spent nearly an hour on the phone asking to be moved to another villa, which was eventually arranged. Overall, the service was basic, and the staff lacked the training you would expect from a hotel in this category. Despite expressing my concerns, there was little interest or accountability from the team, and no manager ever came forward to address the situation. I would not recommend this hotel, especially considering the price point and the expectations that come with a five-star rating.

El hotel es bonito pero no tienen estándar calidad de cadena Banyan Tree ni en atención, instalaciones, servicios ni spa. Nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación porque en la asignada había todavía “evidencia” de huéspedes anteriores por falta de limpieza, no salía agua caliente en habitación. En la nueva habitación asignada todos los días reportábamos fallas en aire acondicionado y nunca lograron que funcionara

Definitivamente un concepto nuevo en el Valle... esta muy bien planeada, el tema eco friendly es bastante bueno...

Es un excelente opción de hospedaje en el valle de Guadalupe, sin duda una experiencia que hay que vivir

Property is beautiful, rooms are amazing. Overall nice hotel.

Lack of hospitality, the staff are not professional. The information provided and tour was minimal. We had breakfast which they mentioned it opened at 8am, we arrived at 8am and they were setting up the buffet. They told us to come back in 10 minutes we came back at 8:10am and they said sorry they are still setting up. 2 hours late they only had coffee and fruits available, no one came to talk to us or explain anything related to the buffet. We left there upset because the lack of attention, they wanted to charge me even though I had free breakfast. The staff was a rude and careless. The people that drive you around are kind but the receptions and restaurants serves are careless. They are missing staff for the bars and other social gatherings. No one showed us the spa or gym. The pools were super cold, even though they said we can turn it on to make the temperate more approachable. The hotel has so much potential but they are missing hospitality and staff is not trained properly, for the price and what they are charging… not there yet. Can’t say I will come back or recommend due to the issues we faced. Again beautiful property but… the lack of details and staff made it difficult to enjoy certain things.

Que la alberca de mi habitación estaba sucia y una puerta corrediza no servia y tardaron para venir arreglar ese problema …

Exelente todo muy bonito y elegante vale cada dllr que pagas muy amable el personal
