Mal, reserve con la idea utilizar sus hidromasaje y reservación de masajes Me registre me cobraron el deposito y luego me entero que no tiene agua para las instalaciones en todo el hotel’ solo, esto me molesto y me retire y exigí la devolución de mi dinero! No hay escuela es considerado un hotel caro de 12,000 pesos para que sucedan estas cosas!

Tal cual como lo platicamos con el Equipo del hotel, la expectativa fue muy alta dado que lanzaron una encuesta desde la reservación, la cual, no se cumplió en lo absoluto con las condiciones expuestas y solicitadas. Exponiendo que para el costo que tiene el lugar, el nivel y categoría de cadena, la experiencia no nos fue tan grata, por lo que hicimos del conocimiento todos y cada uno de nuestros comentarios. Ahora si como dicen, expectativa contra la realidad. No hay relación precio/calidad.
