Hotel Mousai Cancun Adults Only - All Inclusive

From A-Z. It was all great. Service, food, views. All of it. Alexa and Marcos were a great help along with the whole team!!

This is my second time at a Mousai property. We visited Puerto Vallarta in the fall, and we loved it so much, we wanted to experience the Cancún property as well. The food selection is amazing, and the views are perfect. This adults-only resort boasts beautiful views and lovely pools. The rooftop is equidistant and the lobby-level pool is just as gorgeous. The best thing about this property has been the service we have received throughout each day. Abishair “Abi” has been with us since day one. She is always providing lovely recommendations, remembering our preferences, and just going above and beyond when providing A+ service. I cannot speak more highly of Abi and her consummate professionalism and glowing personality. We had dinner at various locations at Mousai and Garza Blanca. Noi was such a wonderful experience. The service at each restaurant was impeccable. We also tried Hiroshi and Bocados and the food there was phenomenal as well.

Everything was amazing! Highly recommend.

For my surprise the hotel is small so you do not run into people constantly. The rooms are to die for and so is the view. I had the best stay in many years. The staff was exceptional and I mean it. This kind of service only Mexico can give. I have travel a lot and you can not compare this service to any other. The hotel has also a gourmet experience. The chefs are excellent and the guys that work at the restaurant are the most courteous ever. Heriberto, Oswaldo Fernado, Abi also Santi on the roof top, Blanca and Kari are very good at what they do. I thank everyone that served us and helped us to make those days unforgivable. This resort was spectacular. From the moment we checked in, the staff was warm and respectful—asking how my wife and I preferred to be addressed as a married lesbian couple. It’s an adults-only property, so no kids, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. Everything about our stay was amazing, especially the customer service. I want to give a special shoutout to Ms. Abishaiv, she was incredibly professional and attentive, anticipating our needs throughout our stay. From room service to poolside hospitality and nightly turndown service, we truly enjoyed ourselves. I highly recommend this resort.

The hotel itself is gorgeous. Beautiful decor (who ever designed this hotel is just a true artist and genious). Spacious and comfortable room. We stayed on the Ultra Mousai King suite. You have your own jacuzzi on the balcony( never gets hot, just lightly warm). With the Ultra you get butler service but truly we didn’t feel it was worth it. Regular rooms are as nice and having the butler didn’t make much difference. For an all inclusive hotel all you really have is one restaurant on site- Noi. Meals at Noi were wonderful and Chef Benito was always welcoming and pleasant. They advertise the restaurants at the adjacent hotels as an option but getting a reservation for one of them was basically impossible ( despite having a butler trying) and once there the quality of the food and service are way lower. If you spend more than a couple of days at Mousai you will feel out of options since all you really have for dinner that meets the quality of the hotel and the price you pay is Noi. Entertainment at Mousai during the day is basically non existent. They do have beautiful life music at night by the restaurant. But very limited Overall we enjoyed our stay because the building itself and the decor is gorgeous. But we felt that for the price we could stay in an equally beautiful hotel with more dining and entertainment options Also, even though you pay for all inclusive they make you sign a check everytime( for their own accounting) unfortunately this is very inconvenient for guests and takes a lot of work each time, even by the pool having a drink. When you go to an all inclusive resort you look for a worry free stay.

My wife and visited a the end of June. We had a great time. We had a corner unit overlooking the ocean and the construction site. The room was very large and comfortable. The deck had a great view of the ocean, beach, pool and Isla Mujeres. The construction could barley be heard. We spent most our time traveling between the lower and roof top pools. Both were not crowded and had great staffs. We were treated like family from everyone. Special shout to Abi, Yaml and Santiago , they all made our trip special. We enjoyed that fact that the hotel was adult only. We have been to both sister properties before but really enjoy the laid back atmosphere of Mousai so much more. We made reservations at all the restaurants prior to arrival and enjoyed every meal. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar after dinner to close out the night. Luis was a great bartender would great to talk to and offered a bunch of new drinks for use to try. Had a great time and plan on going back in the fall.

Had the best experience at hotel mousai! The hotel itself is so beautiful and clean with amazing rooms. The art and the all around vibe is unreal! The bathrooms were top notch as well with bidets and heated toilets, even in the lobby bathrooms! All the details were super luxurious. Food and drinks were great and the pools are stunning and so relaxing. Major shoutout to the amazing staff that goes above and beyond to make your stay special. We were blown away by them! Also huge shoutouts to Edgar, Abi, Jose, Carlos, Blanca, and Manuel for being the best of the best. Unforgettable experience at this hotel and will hopefully be back soon!

Hotel Mousai Cancun is so lovely! Rooms are very well appointed. We loved the hot tub and hammock on our patio. The exceptional part of our stay is all of the wonderful staff. They are so friendly, fun, and helpful! In particular , Edgar, Louis, Carlos(our butler),Jose , Karina, Blanca, Rubi, and so many others. The Noi restaurant staff is amazing as well! The rooftop bars there are fantastic with great food, music, and activities . We will come here multiple times in our future Cancùn trips!

Unreal property, amenities, service, spa, and food. Truly the best in every category. Anel pulled strings to prepare the room per our request and was helpful throughout the stay. Alexa welcomed us to the property, adjusted our dinner reservation, and provided a thorough tour of the room (lots of buttons and tech) even taking the time to connect our phones to the in-room speakers. Marcos provided the most impeccable daily butler service with consistent and timely communication, checked in regularly, made sure we were aware of the activities available, ensured the room was cleaned promptly and mini bar restocked every day, adjusted dinner reservations, and even recovered items left at the pool . The spa concierge was excellent ensuring the pre-massage hydrotherapy session utilized all the amenities in a thoughtful manner. The massages are always top tier - Aseneth provided an incredible deep tissue/hot stone/CBD massages. At the Mousai rooftop, Blanca took excellent care of us - we sat in her section every chance we got. Mixologist, Jose, lead a fun cocktail class and made custom drinks at the Mousai lobby bar. Dylan was warm, friendly and authentic providing a solid tour of the property and updates on my membership.
