Hotel Mousai Cancun Adults Only - All Inclusive

My wife and I spend a week at Hotel Mousai Cancun, what an amazing experience. Beautiful hotel with an amazing staff, and great amenities. You are treated like royalty from the minute you arrive to the day you leave. Special recognition to the Butler team of Alexa and Marcos for your attentiveness and exceeding our expectations. The Concierge team especially Astrid, Thank you. We will definitely be back soon

Be very careful when you book with this hotel. They charged my credit card immediately ($5,925) even though this is for a stay in November and it has full cancellation anytime before 11/14. I cancelled this month 8/4/25 and received confirmation of a full refund. Today is 8/27/25 and I have yet to receive a credit back to my card. I have called countless times and get the same run around being transferred to countless departments who tell me the same thing. "Refund is in process". A Credit to a CC can NEVER take 23 Days!!

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable, but the restaurant has few options.

Everyone was so kind and concerned about us having a wonderful time especially our butlers Marcos and Alexa - Alexa even went out of her way to leave rose petals on our bed and at our lady night at dinner rose petals on our table - the pool staff including Alfredo Bianca and Eduardo were so wonderful - checking up on us all day at the pool - the waitstaff at noi were amazing especially Ferdinand and the chef who personally came out to make sure our meal was perfect - ! On our last day for breakfast they even made us this incredible good bye dessert - and at Garza Blanca - Rosa who served us drinks in the lobby was so kind and pleasant- - my two wishes is that in the ultra corner suites that offered shades for the open side of the terrace so you didn’t have to see into everyone’s rooms at the other hotel and that moousai had one more restaurant as the other hotels the meals were very disappointing especially at la casona were our meal was quite terrible. My husband at a massage which he said was incredible!

Hotel Mousai in Cancun was exceptional! New property, wonderful staff, delicious restaurants. We got the corner suite and we had two butlers, Alexa and Marcos and both were absolutely wonderful our whole stay. The waiters at each restaurant were super professional and nice. Our pool attendants were amazing. We have now been to both properties, Cancun and Puerto Vallarta. Both properties are different but the service is all the same, wonderful!

Hotel Mousai is amazing. From the time we stepped onto the grounds the staff was amazing. Our concierge team Marcos and Alexa-Exceptional. This was by far the best food we had in Cancun. We had access to all three resorts and all three gave greatness.

Chef Benito and the entire team at Noi was a exceptional culinary experience for me each evening :) I felt like a king how I was treated and served . The food was absolutely delicious and presentation was 5 diamond class :)

The hotel is well run with great service and amenities. Fantastic sunrise views from every room. Garza Blanca is next door and has a large pool layout and shopping/dining as well which you can access. White sandy beach is well maintained.

We had such a great time at Mousai! The staff from check-in to pool side to dinner service. Blanca and Chef Alfredo and Alberto were incredible!!!! We will be back because of them and the food and servers in NOI.

The first experiencing with chef Alfredo was incredible, he is extremely talented and his passion for his skills are amazing!! Love you chef te deseo lo mejor del mundo!!!!
