Hotel Mousai Cancun Adults Only - All Inclusive

At the arrival they gave us lowest floor corner ocean view room with one side facing construction area even the occupancy was probably less then 40%. First morning the construction noises woke us up at 7am so we ask if they can change our room and they did . We got the same room on the other side of the building one floor up. Rooms spacious, comfortable and beautifully designed and decorated.

Exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff goes far beyond to make sure all of your needs are met. The food, service and accommodations are first class. Alexa and Marcos were our Butlers and they were always in contact with us to remind us of our reservations and to ask if there was anything we needed, One of our best vacations ever!

Hotel Mousai is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever visited. The hospitality is excellent as is the food! I stayed for two weeks and was sad to leave. My butlers Marcos and Alexa were extremely attentive and respectful. My concierge Anel went above and beyond to ensure my stay was the best it could possibly be. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We recently stayed at the Mousai Hotel in Cancún and had an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and professional. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with breathtaking views. Jose at the front desk was very nice and welcomed us in to this amazing hotel. This was like a 6 star hotel we stayed at in Dubai last year!! The food at the NOI restaurant was five-star quality, with so many options that we looked forward to each meal. The pools, beach, and amenities were all top notch, making it the perfect vacation of relaxation and luxury! Alexa at the concierge helped us with all our reservations and Alfredo who was our waiter at the rooftop pool was awesome!! Very nice staff all around. We will definitely come back and tell all our friends!!!

Amazing staff wonderful resort modern classy it’s an actual treasure I look forward every year to go to Hotel Mousai took family and friends with me and they had never experienced anything as wonderful as staying there

Everything here was excellent. Vicente the bartender at the Rooftop Pool was absolutely amazing and so helpful and friendly. The hotel is gorgeous. The staff is so pleasant. Highly recommend!

Blanca and Jonathan were amazing at the pool side snacks and bar at Hotel Mosai. The staff is amazing and the room is gorgeous. It's pricey, but you're paying for quality, privacy, and luxury. I'm definitely visiting again.
