Hotel Mousai Cancun Adults Only - All Inclusive

Musai in Cancun, Mexico. A magical place . This hotel is in the Taffer Corporation. The hotel is high class, decorated with very contemporary art, as well as decorative accessories. Food is very well prepared and with a French touch to give the dishes an eclectic style. The best reason to make it down there is mainly for the location - close to the beach and for the highly professional demeanor of the staff. We were welcomed by our concierges Alexa and Marco. They made sure everything was perfect! The facilities to workout and to swim complemented our relaxed stay. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

The personal touch from Chef Benito was surpub, coming to our table several times in one meal. His food pairings are exquisite.

The NOI restaurant at Hotel Mousai is absolutely wonderful. Chef Benito is incredible. His food creations and presentation are superb. And he is very personable with the guests. Best dinner experience ever.

We recently returned from our anniversary trip to Hotel Mousai in Cancun. It was our first stay at this location and I had to share how fabulous everything was. I need to start with the super friendly and professional staff. Almost every one went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. Some of the ones who deserve special recognition are Manuel, at poolside service. He is personable, friendly, and attentive. He made our pool time with meals and drinks extra pleasant! We had the pleasure of having Fernando in Noi restaurant as our dinner server twice and he is super friendly, attentive and professional all while being personable. Our butlers, Marcos and Alexa were attentive with regular communication throughout each day. On the rare occasion when we had a request, they followed up promptly. They go out of their way to make each guest feel like a VIP. Abi, at breakfast in Noi was awesome! He is attentive and friendly. He made recommendations that were spot on! Jimmy, the poolside service manager was very friendly and checked on us every day to ensure our stay included everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The evening entertainment in the lobby was so relaxing and enjoyable. All of the musicians throughout the resort were awesome but one that was especially memorable was Loi, with Son Clave. His talent playing the piano and singing voice are exceptional. The suites, pools and grounds are elegant, spotless and luxurious! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and look forward to our next visit.

We stayed at Garza Blanca then came over to Mosa for breakfast and it was absolutely amazing. Not only was the staff so tentative, it made us feel like VIPs, but the chef did an amazing job and treat us to some off cart goodies. Definitely made the trip a special experience.

Private Taxi was excellent from and to the airport!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It was an excellent weekend trip — just one day too short! Our butlers, Alexa and Marcos, were outstanding, and Sanigo, our pool butler, was fantastic as well. The rooftop bartenders, Alfredo and Luis, made every moment enjoyable. Truly, everyone all around was excellent. We can’t wait to see you all again in 2026!

Heriborto, Abinadab, & Luis from Hotel Mousia & Restaurant Noi are the nicest people ever. We never were waiting for anything and they were always paying attention and helping us in the most respectful way possible. They loved getting to know us even outside of the restaurant. We hope to see them next year. The area was always clean around the hotel and always organized perfectly.

The Mousai Cancun is one of the latest luxury resorts on the seaside stretch called Costa Mujeres about half an hour drive north of Cancun and the Hotel Zone. As a matter of fact, it is located next to its sister property Garza Blanca and the older Villa del Palmar, all parts of the Tafer group and close to the ferry terminal to nearby Isla Mujeres. The hotel beaches are not as nice as the beaches in the Hotel Zone as there is lots of seagrass carried to the shore. They try hard to remove the sargassum but it reappeared soon after. An additional resort is just being built next to the Mousai. Fortunately, we weren’t very much affected by the ongoing construction work, as we had a corner suite on the opposite side facing the Garza. It came with a huge terrace with jacuzzi, hammock, loungers and fantastic all around views towards the ocean and the Isla Mujeres. The open interior is very luxurious designed in a kind of Keith Haring artistic style with a very modern decor. Everything can be controlled with an Ipad which took us a while to get used to (e.g. the drapes are simultaneously being closed when activating mood lighting). We liked our room very much, the huge bed was very comfy and there was a lot of space to store luggage, clothes and personal items. The bathroom concept is an open one placing the shower in the middle of the room, the toilet is very special itself, it is a Japanese hi tech model with heated toilet seat and the lot. There are all the amenities you’d wish for including a Nespresso coffee machine, a large swivelling TV screen, well stocked minibar, ironing board and more. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink. However, instead of being brought directly to our room we were involved in some kind of sales talk, being asked personal questions about our origins, family, profession etc. Furthermore, we were supposed to make an immediate reservation at one of the restaurants, being told that without reservation, we weren’t able to have dinner. This seemed very strange to me, as we prefer to be rather spontaneous and find a restaurant according to our mood. For that very reason, I did not book the all inclusive package in the first place. During our stay, we discovered that we could eat anywhere and at any time without a reservation. Food quality is very good, however, considering the prices we had to pay for each meal, I would consider booking the all inclusive package as it covers most a la carte restaurants and there are many of them (Mexican, Italian, Chinese, Steak etc.), especially if you are good eaters and like to have a lot of drinks. You can also have little delights at both pools (we especially loved the rooftop pool on the upper deck). Staff is very well trained and attentive. Except for our initial encounter at check in, we felt very well looked after. When I discovered that beer had been spilled on the carpet next to my bedside table, staff reacted immediately and exchanged the entire carpet, Hugo and his porter and valet team were absolutely dependable and attentive. Abi at breakfast made our day serving us at breakfast. And there numerous others who helped us throughout our stay to make our holidays memorable. Overall, it is a very good hotel with the most beautiful decor. As being an adults only property, you will find lots of relaxing moments, for a bit of more action there is the neighbouring Garza hotel offering daylight activities and its own large pool landscape. I will be following the updates on the next new property currently being built. We were told that it is an addition catering for both adults and children.

We’ve been to all of the Garza Blanca and Mousai properties. The Mousai at Cancun/Isla Mujeres reminded us of the service we used to get in the original Garza Blanca. Truly outstanding service that is difficult to even compare to anything else because it was so excellent. Our butler’s, Alexa and Marcos, ensured we stayed stress free for the entirety of our stay. Would recommend to anyone wanting an adults only trip.
