Hotel Mousai Cancun Adults Only - All Inclusive

We stayed at Hotel Mousai Cancun for six nights, and even though the weather wasn’t on our side, the resort completely won us over. This is easily one of the best all-inclusives resort I’ve experienced in Mexico. Resort & Atmosphere Mousai is a boutique, adults-only high-rise about 35 minutes from the airport. The vibe is modern, artistic, and very upscale. I usually prefer more traditional resort styles, but I ended up loving this one. You also get access to the restaurants and amenities at Garza Blanca and Villa del Palmar next door, which is a huge plus. Our Suite We booked an Ultra Mousai Suite King and it was amazing. The room is big, bright, and full of thoughtful details—high-tech lighting, great sound system, a beautiful shower, and a heated outdoor jacuzzi with a stunning view. The terrace hammock was perfect for relaxing. The butler service that comes with the Ultra Suites was fantastic. Ours checked in several times a day and were always just a quick WhatsApp message away. Food The food here is outstanding—honestly some of the best I’ve had at an all-inclusive in Mexico. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Mousai mainly has one signature restaurant plus two casual lunch spots by the pools, but you can also dine at Garza Blanca and Villa del Palmar, which gives you plenty of options. Our favorites were Noi (at Mousai) and Dao (at Garza Blanca). Drinks Drinks were excellent. Everything was made with premium liquor automatically, and cocktails were creative and well made. The bartenders were friendly (shout out to all the bartenders at the main Bar at Mousai) and even remembered our names and favorite drinks. Pools Both pools are great. The rooftop pool has incredible views and great snacks, and the beachside pool is more relaxing. Lots of chairs, no towel game, and very attentive service. Beach The beach is small but very pretty, with soft sand and clear water. Some rocky areas, but it’s definitely swimmable. Seaweed was minimal and cleaned daily. Service Service was one of the best parts of the trip. Staff were warm, attentive, and really went the extra mile. It felt like they genuinely wanted us to enjoy every moment. Entertainment This isn’t a big-party or high-entertainment resort. There was some live music, small activities, and tastings (the mezcal and chocolate tasting was great), but the overall vibe is calm, relaxing, and upscale. Overall Hotel Mousai Cancun is perfect for anyone wanting a luxurious, modern, boutique-style resort with top-tier food, excellent drinks, and truly exceptional service. If you prefer a huge beach or lots of nightlife, this might not be your ideal spot—but for a relaxing, pampered, adults-only vacation, it’s fantastic. Would definitely return.

Chef Benito is amazing! We had carpaccio, bolognese, casio de Pepe, beet salad. Drink menu was so fun and the service was 5 star.

The hotel was incredible good. We had the ultra suite. Completely new rooms with great service. The beach was cleaned every day and the restaurants had great food. However, the best was the NOI Italian restaurant with it chef Benito. He came to our table after he did hear that we are from Europe and made special recommendations and creations. Never had a better Octopus Caparccio. It is a true adults only hotel, everyone over 18. It was a great all inclusive experience and we will for sure come back.

Westayed at this beautiful resort at November 13-17. First 2 days weather wasn’t good but last 2 days was amazing. Our room # was 5910, corner suit. Beautiful view!!! A very special thank you to Alexa Carrillo, our amazing butler. Her professionalism, warm attitude, and attention to detail truly elevated our stay. She made sure every request was handled quickly and perfectly. Alexa is a big reason why our experience was unforgettable. We like NOI restaurants more than others. My corner suite was pure luxury. Everything from the panoramic view of the ocean, my wrap around terrace with hot tub, shower with wood floor, the bidet. Amazing butler. Friendly staff. Top notch food. Beautiful beach.

We had the most wonderful return visit to Mousai Cancun to celebrate Halloween/Dia De Los Muertos. It was a last minute trip and was a special treat as we just visited Mousai PVR last month for our joint birthdays. Upon arrival, we were promptly checked in and since we were early we were shown to the bathrooms to change and go to the rooftop for lunch. Once our rooms were ready, our butler showed us to our beautiful Ultra suite and explained how everything worked. Marcos was so absolutely helpful and was in communication the entire trip via WhatsApp. He also let us know when he was leaving and that someone else would help us if we needed anything at all. There was a slight issue the first two nights with Costa Mujeres losing power but this was out Mousai’s control and they made sure to keep guests safe and had generators operating so the trip was seamless. We were missing a few functions of the room, but Mousai made up for the shortfall. We are grateful. Our meals & drinks at the rooftop and Noi were top notch and everyone we interacted with provided excellent and warm service. Our butlers were icing on the cake, making sure every aspect of our trip was to our satisfaction. We definitely love both Cancun & PVR Mousai and can’t wait to come back. Housekeeping was top notch and the room was always refreshed and turned down on time. If you want luxury in your accommodations and authentic culinary experiences at every meal, come to Hotel Mousai Cancún. It’s the crown jewel in the Tafer Cancún properties, and we could not have enjoyed our time at Mousai any more than we did. Breakfast at the Noi restaurant is not to be missed. Our server, Ismael, and all the staff made certain we would experience the very best that the Yucatán region has to offer on a daily basis. We had pretty bad weather during our stay but the hotel made up for it with its amazing rooms, great food/drinks, and beautiful spa. Noi was fantastic (breakfast and dinner) - the spa was very lux and amazing treatments. All the staff and service were beyond what we hoped for. The resort wasn’t crowded at all and was such a romantic/relaxing vibe. It’s also nice to have access to the Garza Blanca side if you want more social/busier vibe. Our room was the corner room on the top floor and we definitely recommend it. Amazing views and wraparound balcony was perfect. You can see into /be seen by the top floors on the Garza Blanca side of resort at night so just remember to throw the sheer shades at night (unless you want to put on a show lol).

When you travel here, prepared to be absolutely pampered! We were blown away by our entire experience. Check-in is a breeze (the welcome drink is fantastically curated) and the hotel is beautiful. The moment we stepped foot on property my wife began taking pictures and videos because the design and decor is so amazing! The two pools are perfect and we spent a ton of our time at the Rooftop pool because you just can't beat the views, food, drinks and the staff! All of the restaurants were fantastic! The Spa is totally worth arriving early and enjoying the full rotation of hydrotherapy. I cannot say enough about the food and staff though... We were a bit hesitant to book an all-inclusive because our only experiences were the 18-22 year old crowded all-inclusive trips in the past where the food is trash and the booze is fake. That is NOT the case here! You will indulge in the freshest ingredients and we could not get enough of their amazing food. The specialty drinks are wonderfully crafted and when they say top-shelf, they mean it. The live music throughout the day at the Rooftop was a treat and when you dine at Noi, who wouldn't want to be serenaded by a pianist or saxophone artist? The TierraLuna Gardens had some cool shops and a great deli if you feel like a break from the 5-Star meals. I want to shout out the entire staff though because they are what made the trip, especially Alfredo, Eduardo, Marcos, Alexis, Santiago, José, Patrick, Guillermo, Blanca, Jimmy, Jesús, Luis, Hugo, and Edgar! We will be back!
