Hotel Mousai Cancun Adults Only - All Inclusive

Hotel Mousai is a gem. All amenities are first class. Restaurants are excellent and service staff is unequalled Our butlers Marcos and Rubisel were outstanding and made sure that our every request was a top priority. 10/10 !!!!

The whole experience of Hotel Mousai is amazing! Delicious food, exceptional service, and a beautiful property! Our butlers were Marcos and Rubisel and they took very good care of us! They also were important to help set up a surprise birthday celebration and did a fabulous job while we were away at the Imagine Spa. It feels like we are part of the family when we visit and aways look forward to returning.

The resort was incredible as well was everyone among the staff. Both pools were immaculately maintained with the staff showcasing service. This is an adult only resort so the pools were more relaxed, and you could always find a place to sit and enjoy the awesome views. There is one restaurant at Hotel Mousai (with other in the complex). We had dinner there once and breakfast every morning except one. The service, food and experience was more than we expected. Heriberto, Oswaldo, Jose, Erik and Rubi were all outstanding and made us feel like we were part of the family. This was by far the best service I've ever received at a restaurant.

Very nice and comparable to the Puerto Vallarta location where we stayed before. Great staff and in particular Gerardo at the rooftop helped make our trip!! All the staff were very helpful. Sleep quality was amazing!!!

Our 2 week stay at both Mousai and Garza Blanca was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment the beautiful Ninfa and Carolina checked us into Mousai, we were welcomed with the kind of warmth and professionalism that defines true 5-star service. We were in awe of the level of service we received from our butler, Alexa. She went out of her way to meet every request we had—big or small—it was met with a smile and handled effortlessly. EVERY staff member went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and cared for. Each morning, Heriberto welcomed us with a warm smile while having incredible breakfasts at NOI. Oswaldo & Renee brought by delicious pastry trays and prepared table side coffee experiences (every waiter was amazing). Santiago, our pool attendant, and Rubi took care to prepare our lounge chairs each day, polishing our sunglasses, providing cold face towels with a spritz of an amazing fragrance, and moving the umbrellas every couple hours so we had shade and sun when needed. Blanca, Marianne, Alfredo swiftly catered to our food and drink orders while we basked in the sun. Edgar, the activity director, created an energetic vibe at each class we attended whether making cochinita pibil and tortilla soup with chef, sushi rolls, tequila & chocolate tasting - he made it FUN! Jesus, Noi’s sommelier, warmly greeted us each night with boutique wine offerings from Mexico - a MUST if you haven't tried any! Leandro, bartender extraordinaire in Garza’s lobby was an amazing mixologist, as well as the mixologist shaking up uniquely creative cocktails at Noi on Thanksgiving. Big shout out to Fausto, a server at the gourmet Food Truck; he remembered ALL of our ordering nuances each time we sat without us ever asking. The rooms were posh in decor, setting is stunning peering over the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea, the attention to detail unmatched, and the service truly elevated the entire experience. We left feeling pampered, refreshed, and already dreaming about our next visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious, unforgettable getaway!

We had an amazing and memorable time at Hotel Mousai. The service is above and beyond excellent. The food is delicious. The room was modern, sleek, and colorful while simultaneously offering a cozy and comfy experience. The balcony has a wonderful jacuzzi and a hammock for relaxing. The room is state of the art with all electrical accommodations imaginable. A special thanks to Alfredo, hands down THE BEST Pool Waiter known to man! Caroline, a Concierge of the hotel, far exceeded our expectations and fulfilled our every need and request plus so much more. She was able to foresee any our needs and make some dreams come true

Amazing high end hotel with the nicest staff on this planet. Our butlers Marcos & Rubisel were so helpful and kind. We really enjoyed our time especially with Rubisel and Auri who both took fabulous care of us. We are already planning on coming back.

Rubisel and Marcos were incredible butlers. Not only were they organized and efficient, their approach was personable, kind, and genuine. We had the best time and really made the most of our stay due to their attention to detail. It was truly the service I didn’t know I needed to spend less time administering dinner plans, tours, and activities and spend more time actually enjoying my vacation! Thank you so much; I can’t wait to be back!

I am at the hotel now. I cannot stress enough. Do not stay here. I feel terrible writing this because there are people that work here that work very hard and are wonderful people. The bottom line is that this hotel is not upfront with you about what they are offering. It is not run well at the top. The general manager, Cecilia acted like she was going to help compensate us for all of our troubles. They offered a free night in the future. So they basically said come back after your horrible experience and spend even more money and we will give you a free night. Finally, despite being assured that she would talk to us, she sent someone on her behalf and left the property before giving us the courtesy of speaking with us. I was told that she would send us an email on Monday. Thanks. I am leaving on Sunday. How convenient. There were so many issues. I don't even know where to start and end. The hot tub in our balcony would not get hot. We had to wait to get that fixed. It was fixed on our last day at the resort. They claim that the Mousai hotel offers premium liquor, which is true but when you go to restaurants on the Garza Blanca side they charge you for that liquor. Absurd. You pay for premium liquor but then you go to dinner (Mousai) has only one restaurant for dinner) and they charge you. The beach is not swimmable. When I checked in they told me there is no seaweed. That's laughable. Rocks and seaweed all over. Other hotels clean the seaweed constantly. I can keep going on and on, but my biggest issue is that my concerns and complaints at the hotel were just not handled well. I hope for a better experience at other properties.
