Hotel Mousai Cancun Adults Only - All Inclusive

Our stay at Hotel Mousai Cancun was absolutely incredible. The service was exceptional, the amenities were top-notch, and the dining experiences - especially at NOI - were delicious. Starting our mornings with breakfast at NOI truly felt like being treated like royalty. Jose and Heriberto went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. We especially loved getting to taste and learn about traditional Mexican dishes that weren’t on the menu, like delicious huaraches! Out of all the amazing restaurants we have visited at Hotel Mousai and Garza Blanca in Cancun, PuertoVallarta, and Cabo, dining at NOI in Cancun was by far our favorite experience. We’d also love to give a big thank you to a few more wonderful team members who made our stay extra special: Jose, the mixologist who led a fantastic cocktail class at The Rooftop Rubi and Dani, who made us feel so welcome Oswaldo, Erik, Abinadab, and Ismael from NOI, and Blanca and Maya for their excellent service at the pools It was an unforgettable vacation, and we’re so grateful to the Hotel Mousai Cancun staff for making us feel so welcomed and cared for. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

What a fabulous experience!! Spent late October-Early November. Dia de los Muertos is my birthday so it worked out well. The staff is exceptional! Our concierge, Carolina was over the top! I had another unforgettable experience here thanks to Angel at the front desk, and Christian at the gate of Hotel Mousai Cancún. I arrived at the hotel around 1am after leaving another hotel in a difficult situation with my partner. I was already scheduled to check in later that same day at 4pm, so I assumed I’d have to find a different place to stay for the night. I was attempting to book a room at their sister property, Garza Blanca or Villa del Palmar. When I explained my situation, Angel and Christian immediately showed compassion, understanding, and genuine care. Instead of turning me away, they went out of their way to help and actually checked me into my room at Mousai hours earlier than expected. I was completely blown away — I didn’t expect that level of empathy and kindness. Their actions turned what could have been a stressful, emotional night into one of comfort and relief. I’ll always be grateful for how they treated me!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful, all the food is delicious, and the room service is magnificent. We had a wonderful experience with Guillermo, (room service)who treated us like royalty; we are very grateful. Upstairs there's a pool and a fantastic bar with beautiful views of Isla Mujeres and the gorgeous sea. We hope to return soon and highly recommend it. It's for adults only.

It is indeed a hotel for couples. The amenities in the room are great. Excellent and comfortable king size beds, the Toto toilet is functional and the shower is Excellent. The most striking feature of our room is the balcony. Ample with a hammock and comfortable small bed for 2 to enjoy the view of the beach and the sunrise. Great jacuzzi, perfect for couples. The service and staff are very helpful.Special props for Guillermo in room service, he was very helpful and attentive in every single need my wife and I had. Looking forward to come back soon.

We enjoyed a fun in the sun week at Hotel Mousai. The service at the Rooftop Pool was excellent. In particular, Gerardo the magnificent bartender. And the lovely lady’s that were attentive to our every need, Mayanin and Aurelia are exceptional! They deliver a master class in service. They enhanced our stay 10 fold!

Hotel Mousai was a wonderful place to spend our honeymoon! The ocean view from our room was absolutely stunning! The rooftop was our favorite place to chill by the infinity pool and the aerial views were breathtaking! The food was excellent and the staff made you feel like family! Everyone was genuinely kind and went out of their way to ensure we had the best experience!!! The morning crew at NOI restaurant were simply the best! Every meal was scrumptious and the welcoming staff made it a perfect start to every day! Our stay at Hotel Mousai Cancun was nothing short of amazing! We had a corner room that was huge, beautifully designed, and incredibly spacious — easily one of the most comfortable rooms we’ve ever stayed in. We booked the all-inclusive package, which gives access to the sister properties next door. However, we didn’t feel the need to leave — the on-site restaurants were truly exceptional, and even the room service exceeded expectations. The food quality, presentation, and flavors were consistently top-notch. We also participated in the onsite Tequila Tasting, which was an absolute highlight — 11/10 experience! Fun, educational, and perfectly executed. The staff were outstanding — friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on making our stay memorable. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend Hotel Mousai Cancun for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and world-class service!
