Another spectacular trip to this very special and super unique boutique luxury hotel! The Tafer Brand NEVER disappoints and this hotel is no exception. We love the adults only vibe and the elevated very couture feel of the rooms and the common areas and pools. The staff goes out of their way to ensure your stay is incredible. Not a detail was missed for us whether it was a meal service, our room service, pool side service, it's all so carefully crafted to ensure the most amazing stay. A super special thank you to Jose and Alfonso at Noi. Wow our breakfasts and dinner there was amazing because of their attentive and thoughtful service (huge shout out to the chefs...the food was nuts). And to our butlers Alexia and Marcos...thank you for always anticipating our needs before we knew them! And to our Concierge Anel for arranging the most beautiful room! The facility is perfectly maintained and whether you hang out at the rooftop or the beach, you will feel insanely spoiled! We will back soon, thank you for a wonderful and much needed getaway! 🙏💗

The Mousai properties are the best we have visited. All staff is so gracious & acknowledges you every chance they get. Alexa & Marco our butlers extended above & beyond service. Anel & Astrid were our Concierge’s. Astrid was super helpful in getting our accommodations right. Seems like there is always an issue as I travel with my sister & a king bed isn’t an option. Rooftop pool staff was awesome. Restaurants are all really good. We found DAO our favorite. They treat us like family. Bartalon was very attentive and gave the best service possible. Went there many times during our stay.

Pool ,and ocean views

There are not enough words to describe how amazing this hotel is. This was our second visit to Hotel Mousai and the service just gets better and better. The Hotel is beautiful, but the staff is what makes it great. I want to acknowledge the wonderful service we received at the rooftop pool from Blanca and Eduardo. Constantly checking on us and making are vacation so memorable. Also, Manuel at the downstairs pool was nothing short of amazing. Always had a smile on his face and went above and beyond every day. The entire breakfast staff and dinner staff at Noi were fantastic. We were treated like old friends every time we had a meal. Fernando, Manuel, Diana, Guillermo, Marco, Diana made each meal unforgettable. And Chef Benito is the man! Always sending out special treats for our table and stopping by each night to chat. The food was amazing, but the staff are what really did it for me. Always happy, always willing to go above and beyond. Top notch service. Same goes for the breakfast staff at Noi. Hermiberto, Abinadad, Juan, Jose. Knowing our order ahead of time, being so gracious, and wonderful. I honestly could go on and on. But, I think the most important thing i can say is just keep doing exactly what you are doing Hotel Mousai. We will be back, soon!

We had an absolutely amazing time at Hotel Mousai in Cancun, Mexico!! We went to Hotel Mousai in Puerto Vallarta three years ago and had such a great time that we decided to try Cancun. Well, we are so happy that we did!! Our accommodations were first class and everything from the food to the service to the drinks and the beautiful views was impeccable. I traveled with my husband and family members, and we are still raving about how awesome our experience was. Our butlers for our vacation were Marcos and Alexa and they took care of our every need from the very beginning of the trip to the very end. They made sure to find us and talk to us face to face every day, as well as send us text messages to make sure we did not need anything. We would definitely vacation here again!!

Emmanuel & Jesus were our favorite bartenders on this trip they made me drinks that weren’t on the menu that I asked for like lychee martini and strawberry Mule but opted to replace the ginger beer with ginger ale. Auri was also a great attentive server at the rooftop bar and was quick to refill our drinks by the pool. This whole experience felt luxurious as we were greeted with welcome drinks, got checked in early, walked into our room with champagne and an assortment of cheeses and fruit to eat. My favorite restaurant would have to be DAO for dinner amazing Chinese food and unique dessert. My favorite spot for breakfast would be NOI because of how great the service is there and the food tastes freshly made. Alexa & Marcos were our butlers who helped us with arranging house keeping to come by and reservations for dinners and they were really responsive. My least favorite restaurant would have to be gourmet hall buffet for breakfast I wasn’t too impressed. I know there’s a lot of good reviews about it but I just don’t like seeing food sit out and covered in flies and the eggs looking watery/undercooked. They did have a lot of variety but nothing peaked my interest there. However I liked that every night for dinner I tried out a new restaurant and I had great service at all of them and everyone tried their best to make our experience feel special. But if you do come be prepared to be bit by mosquitoes. My favorite part during the nights would be seeing live music by their artists they have and having a drink at the bar and the spa treatment we got because we did 1 hour of hydrotherapy and then 100 minutes couple massage at a reasonable price. One thing I will say that was underwhelming we signed up for a 1 hour cocktail class but we only learned 1 cocktail and it was a let down because we thought we would learn at least 2-3 so the class left very brief and there isn’t a lot of foot traffic here during the time we came which could be a good thing but if you are looking to socialize a little then I wouldn’t recommend this place it is solely quiet luxury vibes and no crazy parties and no one stays up late drinking at the bars or rooftops. At most I saw 10 people at a time in mousai but when I went to Garza Blanca there were more families but even then it didn’t feel overly busy. Also you need to be aware that some of the restaurants are not open every single day so you need to plan out your days in advance to make the most of your trip. Overall this experience was wonderful because of the people who are working there the entire staff was truly lovely. I felt safe here and I felt very welcomed and the rooms were spotless. We ended up getting the ultra corner suite that came with a hammock and jacuzzi with a view overlooking the beach and had to he view of Garza Blanca.
