Súper buena ubicación y bonito el lugar

Los horarios de check in y check out son inadecuados . La entrada es hasta las 4 pm y la salida a las 10 am. Solo me quedé una noche y mi viaje fue largo , tuve que esperar hasta tarde para lograr tener un sitio de descanso y en la mañana tuve que salir con maletas porque no me daba el tiempo de volver a las 10 am . La salida debería ser a las 12m o 1 pm , puesto que la entrada es tarde también .

Excellent apartment, well equipped and very large. Location is lovely too

They could offer a water bottle or something alike as well as a large mirror inside the apartment (especially for ladies to dress etc)

The location is excellent - safe, lots of great eating places around, great vibes. The 2 bedroom flats are good, lots of space and well equipped

It’s not a hotel … they don’t supply any water, don’t change towels or sheets, don’t do cleaning or provide toilet paper etc. We had booked 4 x 2 bedroom flats for 6 nights, no cleaning was done even when requested

The was clean, comfortable, and well-located. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay.

We did encounter one issue. We booked a room for three adults, and the listing on Booking.com indicated that the room was suitable for three adults. Unfortunately, we found that the sofa was not really suitable for sleeping. It was even not long enough for a person of 5'3". Thankfully, the staff were quick to assist and provided us with an inflatable bed, which helped resolve the issue. I believe the listing should be updated to reflect the actual sleeping arrangements more accurately. This would help manage expectations for future guests. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and truly appreciated the excellent service.

Excellent property, quiet neighborhood, spacious apartment, close to shops and transportation, you will never go hungry, small restaurants and coffee stands are very close to the apartment. There is a food market nearby as well. Nice rooftop, where you can relax and drink a cup of coffee. There is everything you need there for a short family vacation in Mexico city

No tiene elevador. Tomen en cuenta esto pues tendrán que subir 4 pisos con equipaje. Si cuentan con buen estado de salud sin problema. Las cortinas dejan pasar toda la luz. Se podría mejorar eso para descansar
