This is place is great from the day I checked in everything has been perfect. The man who work the door and allow you to enter and exit or amazing. There's weekly house cleaning and it is trustworthy and reliable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend

The facilities are great and the location was perfect for our group.

We had two main issues: (1) It was tricky to use the door codes to get into the apartment. The code they initially sent us was expired, so they had to reset it. The buttons are also extremely sensitive. If you hit the wrong button, even accidentally, you cannot try again for at least a minute. It is a bit of a drag. (2) We booked the apartment for five people, and they clearly advertised it as having a sofa bed. When we got there, there was no sofa bed. The cough was too small for someone to sleep on. They also had not given us towels for five people. When I reached out via the WhatsApp number provided (all of their communications through Booking.com were automated messages), the host initially told me that it was Booking.com's fault, not their fault, and that the only thing we could do would be to book another apartment in addition to the one we had already booked. I asked whether they would give us that apartment for free, since we had not gotten the apartment we booked and paid for. At that point, he said, "Would you like to cancel? I see there are many problems." It was after 8 PM so of course cancellation wasn't an option. The whole thing was ridiculous. Eventually, they found an air mattress for us, which worked fine, but it was annoying that the apartment did not match the description and then they acted as though that had been our fault or Booking.com's fault, which is clearly not the case.

Very clean and wonderful location. Wonderful staff. Loved the rooftop deck and use of washer and dryer.

Steep winding stairs. Just needed to be careful. Thin walls and very noisy at night.

Excelente departamento pero edificio antiguo sin elevador y con mucho ruido de la zona. SIn embargo los,guardias muy amables ayudaron con equipaje! Estancia,buena en terminos generales.

The neibor was terrible, touching our door because the volumen of the tv, she sayd to the reception that we we're smoking in the hall, thats not true, she claim noise and we didn't webstay calm and no mess with anyone, she did our stat a nightmare
