The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful when we ran into issues. We could not get the door open, and the staff helped us.

There was not a key to the door of the building, so we had to ring a doorbell to have someone unlock the door. There was always a person waiting, but we felt bad ringing the bell when we arrived late after attending a concert.

Everything was perfect- clean, cosy, comfortable. The doorman was helpful, welcoming and polite.

Narrow and steep stairs to the 3rd floor. Uncomfortable lock which was different from the hint sent before.

Great location with amenities near by I appreciated the fact they peovide enough soap supplies

The stairs are kind of uncomfortable, there is no elevator and you depend on the staff to open the gate

The building's entrance is nothing special but once you walk into the room it is very nice and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is great and the shower has good pressure. The hotel's neighborhood is perfect, with an oxxo right in front, and several restaurants and coffee shot a short walk away.

The street the hotel is noisy, I had to use earplugs especially during the early morning. Other than that everything was perfect.
