This property was nice, correct to what was described and good value for money. Check in was very easy and it was a good location for getting into town

The communal space was right outside our window (net) which meant that it was very loud and there was 0 privacy, we could not change in the room as the curtains did not close fully.

The setting with all the green around is relaxing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large room with big terrace adjacent. Community kitchen with basic amenities.

The showers, we knew there is no hot water but the pressure of the water and the condition of the showers/ bathrooms could be improved. You have to shower for a fairly long time to get any sand off yourself and I didn’t even attempt to wash my hair because of the pressure.

The bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom was very basic and could need an upgrade. No hot water. The key was stored in a locker outside but the code changed and I couldn't get in anymore. They helped me through whatsapp which was fine, but I didn't see anyone around.

La verdad no lo recomiendo mi experiencia fue mala, desde el cobro. Reservé la habitación para pagar en el establecimiento, un mes antes me estaban buscando para que les pagara el total de la habitación según por la temporada que era alta, yo viaje en diciembre. Querían que les hiciera una transferencia a cuentas personales a lo que me negué y les dije que me generaran un link de pago y accedí a pagarles la mitad. Ya el día de llegada de mi estancia, mientras yo iba en camino, me decían que no me podían dar el acceso a la habitación si yo no pagaba el total de la habitación, a lo que me querían cobrar de más, casi 300 pesos más, luego les pedí un link de pago y me querían cobrar una comisión del 5%. Al final hablé con otra persona y le expliqué mi monto total a pagar, lo que había pagado y que no entendía por qué me iban a cobrar más, a lo que ella hizo la revisión y me generaron una liga sin comisión y por el total restante. En resumen: NO TIENE ESTACIONAMIENTO. Su estacionamiento es en la calle de terracería llena de piedras y ramas, las almohadas olían a sudor y las fundas blancas estaban amarillas, nunca interactúe con nadie de recepción, las llaves son por códigos, las ventanas son mallas mosquiteras sin vidrios, en la regadera no hay ventana y todo se ve de la calle, no hay agua caliente y la presión del agua es ridicula. El internet es malísimo. Hay mejores opciones por los mismos precios.

This place is a paradise! Perfect location, nice big beds with two powerful fans in the bedroom, staff are friendly and property feels very secure

We booked two rooms - one on the ground floor with two beds, which had air conditioning, and one upstairs with a huge bed but no aircon. The staff were responsive. The kitchen had drinking water, a shared fridge and cooking facilities.

The bathroom - cold showers with barely any water pressure, no hand towel. No aircon in the king room, only a noisy fan.

No me gustó para nada fue una mala experiencia estar allí no es hotel es una casa con cuartos no tienen el servicio que tienen que tener en un hotel son las 24 horas ahí solamente era de 10 de la mañana a seis de la tarde y cuando se le ofrecía uno algo no había nadie todo estuvo terrible allí yo a nadie le recomendaría que fueran a ese lugar no tienen agua caliente me estoy bañando con agua fría llegué enferma y yo aquí a mi casa por estarme bañando con agua fría allí

The room needs to be updated with more electrical outlets, there was only one outlet for the entire unit.
