Lumina at Cardinal San José del Cabo

Great location

I reserved 3 rooms and all three had power issues and one of them the power did not turn on at all on the last day. We had to use other family members rooms to get ready

La cama, teniendo en cuenta el tamaño de la habitación podría haber sido más grande.

Tolle Wohnung und toller Pool. Es gab Sonne und Schatten am Pool, man konnte dort eine schöne Zeit haben. Alles war sehr sauber. Liegt nahe dem Zentrum. Die Küche ist großartig ausgestattet, es gab alles um tolle Gerichte zu kochen, auch ein Ofen. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner funktionieren einwandfrei, es gab sogar 2 waschtabs.

Die Dusche hatte nur sehr heißes Wasser (fast kochend) oder eiskaltes. Es gab nichts dazwischen. Ich habe den Vermieter per WhatsApp kontaktiert, aber auf diese Info würde nicht reagiert bzw. diese ignoriert. Schade Die Küchenschränke schließen nicht richtig, aber das war nur eine Kleinigkeit. Sollte mal repariert werden.

Lumina at Cardinal San José del Cabo est un bel hôtel. J'ai adoré l'emplacement, endroit calme et à 4min à pied des commerces. Il est sécurisé. Le toit où se trouve la piscine, au dernier étage a une vue imprenable à 360 degrés sur le centre de San José. La literie est confortable. L'équipe est à l'écoute et réactif aux besoins du client.. Je recommande cet hôtel🙂

Je n'avais pas de micro onde mais un four électrique à la place. Pour chauffer les plats, il serait préférable, un micro-ondes, 🙂. Et pour le ménage la propreté correcte dans l'ensemble mais peut mieux faire à certains endroits du logement.

The location of this property could not be beat - right in the middle of central San Jose del Cabo. The wall of windows made the apartment light and bright and the kitchen was well stocked for what we needed. And the rooftop infinity pool was spectacular! We spent way more time on the rooftop than we anticipated. We also appreciated the filtered water spout in the kitchen and the elevator in the building.

For some reason the reservation showed two people on the reservation instead of the three people I booked for. This meant we needed another set of towels and sheets, pillow and duvet for the sofa bed. Although no staff was on site when we alerted management to the situation, they were extremely responsive and gave us access to another apartment not booked for the night so we could grab the towels and bedding we needed with very little hassle. This could have been a pain, but Lumina really helped us solve the issue quickly - thank you!

The place was spotless clean, spacious and very well located. After going from hotel to hotel during our road trip through Baja California, we enjoyed staying at a place that was more like a little appartment.

Checkin is late and checkout is early.
