"DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY"

Apartment had mould on the walls, smelt very dirty and the AC made a super loud noise which was disturbing. The host responded and said it was fixed but never got fixed. Ultimately, the apartment is in poor condition, had bad smells and is not suitable for guests.

- Very large and modern apartment - Well equipped kitchen - Comfortable and large bed with a proper duvet - A safe parking lot in the garage can be booked free of charge - Amazing infinity pool on the rooftop - Easy and fast communication with the staff (Barbara) - A later check out was possible - Central location - Good value for money

- Interior apartment without natural light - The duvet was very dirty (however, it was changed very fast on demand) - If it is possible, we would request an apartment with a balcony next time

"Great time as always! We love the pool and the comfortable appartment right in town."

The location is great right in town. The apartment is very comfortable, modern and bright. Our unit had a large balcony with a couple of chairs. We loved the rooftop infinity pool and the view of the arroyo, the city square with the big Mexican flag It is easy to take a 30 min walk to the beach. There is an Oxxo 2 blocks away for ice and staples to get you going. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. This was our third visit and we will be back when in San Jose!

The cupboards in the kitchen of Unit E304 are showing signs of wear and tear. They did not open properly. This is a minor issue. The kitchen is fully operational otherwise.

Beautiful building, excellent rooftop pool, great location, and friendly staff!

The bed was small and uncomfortable, lighting in the bathroom was poor, and it would be nice to have a few hooks in the bathrooms to hang personal items and towels.

I feel bad saying this is know it is a rental, but it needs some maintenance and paint it is a beautiful condo and again the location is fantastic
