"Basic apartment, good location but not quiet."

We are a family of 4. PRO: location, easy to find breakfast/lunch/dinner/bakery. has an elevator. has a balcony. easy to catch an uber. decor is minimal. contact was via Whatsapp and seemed responsive. a pair of earplugs were provided. CON: location, can be noisy in front of the dog park. trash pick up is loud and stops right in front of the property. will hear any honking/traffic. elevator is slow. balcony has a chair not made for lounging on the balcony. can use a fresh coat of paint and a good wipe down of the walls and baseboards - i'm not fond of seeing any stains, especially in the bathroom/backsplash sink. likely not meant to lounge in the apartment but mainly for sleeping. we stayed 6 nights and our towels were never changed (you need to pay $20 extra) and no maid service(no extra toilet paper). no front desk/in-person, contact only via Whatsapp. Toilet did not work on 2nd day, had to wait 2-3 hours for service.

The apartment was nice and large, with a fully functional kitchen, which is always a must for us. The staff was very responsive whenever I had an inquiry. The area around the apartment is incredible. Tons of dining options within walking distance, a beautiful park across the street and another a few blocks away. Would definitely stay here again.

The location, the view, the apartment itself was very modern and clean

Washing machine could've been fine. The entrance key code and information wasn't send to us when we arrived to the apartment. Although it was promptly arranged At night time the traffic outside was a bit noisy
