The location

Location/ safe area, washer& dryer, iron, Kitchen, even though doesn’t have appropriate counter space.

Layout of the apartment, upon arrival I told the host it didn’t look it like the one showed in the Booking. pictures, they insisted it was the same. Bathroom doesn’t have appropriate ventilation, there is only portable heather, no A/C, the bedroom’s closet isn’t functional and the other closet area is on opposite way of the apartment, inconvenient. Also, I requested 2 more towels and told twice by written message they were going to send them, never arrived! The cleaning in this place is questionable, dust on top of plants, floor, dirty bathroom’s floor towel, blender base was also dirty.

Full amenities and great location.

Almost everything was broken. Heater broken. Oven not functioning. Sink and other countertops not even connected to wall. Nails exposed in portions of the ground.

Amazing location, best offer we found at the time considering quality, price and location. Bed was clean and comfy.

Towels were very stained and not washed properly. The property was very cold and not very clean. The bathroom could use a renovation. There was a lot of dust and windows where dirty.

Unfortunately, the staff was unable to respond to my simple request to include my billing address in the invoice. Lack of service guidance to resolve this simple request.

The place itself is very nice. Nice location, pretty apartment, small but has all you need.

The place was nice and in a nice location. The bad review is due to the staff. I was supposed to be sent the check in details before the check in and I did not receive them. I emailed to ask for the details as I was landing at 3am during the night. I was still not sent the details how to get in. I landed during the night and was not able to access the property. This was a very bad experience for a solo female traveller to try to find another place to stay during the night after a very long flight. I ended up luckily staying in another hotel and asked for a refund for the first night. I sent numerous messages I was completely ignored. After suffering because of their mistake that someone did not send me details how to get in, I was not given the refund for that night no matter how much I insisted. For this reason I would avoid! Bad experience

Nada que ver con las fotos, el baño olía en todo momento horrible y se tapó. La cocina algo sencillo como un trapo para las mano no tenía. Del sillón tenía una distancia de menos de medio metro respecto a la TV imposible ver sentarte a ver.
