Les chambres étaient tres bien, l'emplacement est bien, il y a des restaurants et brunch en face pour les repas. La plage tres belle sans les sargasses. Nous étions en saison basse donc nous étions quasi seuls dans l'hôtel et la ville, c'était tres chouette. Je recommande.

Nous étions à un moment ou les sargasses étaient tres tres presentes, nous n'avons pas pu utilisé la plage de l'hôtel a cause des alges et de l'odeur. Nous sommes allé a la piscine de l'hôtel voisin pour 200pesos par personne. Aussi l'une de nos chambres était en rdc et il y avait un certain nombre de bêtes qui entraient (lézards, insectes).

I like that it was nice and right in front of the beach.

We were disappointed by the policy prohibiting outside food and beverages at the beach club, which necessitated purchasing items exclusively from the hotel's offerings. Additionally, the absence of a swimming pool was a notable drawback.

Went for valentines. Loved how the property was right in front of the beach. It exceeded our expectations and the room we stayed in was bigger than in the picture with a nice beachfront view. We enjoyed the view from the terrace. They also had their own beach beds and umbrellas for guest staying.

Upon check-in, we were told that our room had been upgraded. The location is wonderful—right on the beachfront. However, you won't be able to take long walks along the beach, as it is flanked by cliffs on both sides. The rooms are good for this price range. The water pressure in the shower is acceptable. The room cleaning is good.

The staff may be absent for extended periods—especially in the evenings, when you could end up waiting for up to an hour. Tip: look for an employee at the bar across the street, and you’ll likely find them there. I also didn't notice any security on the beach side at night. The sun loungers on the beach haven't been cleaned in a long time. Only three free parking spaces are available for hotel guests; if these are occupied, you will be offered a paid spot across the street for $13–14 per night. There is no beach shower.

Location, hygiene and the beach. Perfect place to stay as a couple (or young family) if you want a peacefull, chill place at the beach, for a good price (compared to other venues at the beach).

Location was great with ocean view. Nice large room with large balcony/terrace.

Keep in mind that there's no breakfast (we were aware). But there are two places next to La Conchita where you van have breakfast, lunch or dinner with a 10% discount. Both were good.
