COMXLocation was good, but wasn't worth it.
There was no 24-hour front desk. It is security for the rest of the building, but not attached to this property. We were told we would receive a verification code when we came in. Nothing. It took us an extra 30 minutes to check in, and it could have been very possible that we were just stuck outside with the way things were set up because we arrived late. The bed was really small, the bathroom was worse. The walls in the bathroom were really dirty. I didn't sleep at all during our stay there. The first message I received from the person who owned the place before we even checked in was that we needed to let them know when we were supposed to check out. They lied about the check out time to us, and when we came back to check out, they removed all of our things from the room and threw it in the lobby unpacked. Not only unsettling that "security" that wasn't attached to the apartment knew the code to come in the room (by the way, it's never changed), but that they just left everything in an unsecure lobby for someone to take. When we called to ask, whoever owns the place started cursing and yelling at us. It was one of the rudest experiences we've ever had. Stay far, far, away from this place.

NLGreat location in the heart of Polanco, walking distance to open malls such as Antara or Masaryk (shopping street). The apartment is nice and comfortable. The building staff was incredibly nice and kind to us.

They are not honest I booked the room as ad picture when you checked in, owner said the room not available changed a poor basement room and didn't refund money
