Location is good, near shops, cafes and walkable to restaurants and Chapultepec Park.

The building appears to be an office building with some floors converted to housing. This may be why soundproofing is very poor. And why some rooms don’t have windows - the so-called Master room in the apartment we had was windowless with a noisy fan for air circulation. It’s unsettling sleeping in a windowless room. And it can get stuffy. The apartment felt like someone’s idea of what a fancy apartment should look like. Some odd design choices and shoddy workmanship. Eg. the fittings looked new but water was seeping from shower stall to floor, toilet roll holder wasn’t installed securely to wall and the loo roll kept falling off. No hooks in toilet. Door handles were loose. Insufficient shelf space for toiletries. Two trash bags for a whole week’s stay that didn’t fit in the tiny bin. No toilet rolls except the ones that were already in the dispensers - we were told to buy our own, no tissue boxes in rooms. We also found hairs on the shower wall when we arrived so it wasn’t cleaned properly prior to our arrival.

We liked the location of the apartment (pretty central and not so crowded) and the size and design of the apartment, as it was quite big and nicely decorated.

Well, Wynwood didn't give us not even half an hour earlier check-out or check-in. We had unfortunate travel times, so this was quite stressful. Apart from that you need to be aware that you literally can hear your neighbors coughing, snoring and listening to every word of a decent conservation. The kitchen had damaged pans and pots, so everything gets burned and it's not so healthy. Should be replaced. Also a toaster would make total sense. The best was that the extractor hood was over the sink instead of the stove, which didn't make any sense and caused a food smell quickly, so we rather skipped cooking. The price was fine, so if you are a deep sleeper could be a good option

El apartamento es cómodo y completo. Cerca de todo

Deberían ver el tema del calor... A veces es demasiado, y mismo la iluminación... Es solo de un lado

La cocina está bien y es practica la cama es cómoda y el staff de recepción y limpieza muy amables

El agua caliente dura máximo 5 minutos y si se baña una persona la siguiente ya no tiene agua caliente, tienen una alfombra blanca en la habitación la cual está súper sucia, la terraza también muy sucia y las plantas muertas, plumas de palomas en toda la terraza, las paredes son demasiado delgadas y escuchas todo!! Nos tocó un vecino que cantaba todo el día y del otro lado un perro que ladró toda la noche y ambos parecía que estaban adentro del cuarto, la verdad es de esos lugares que no podíamos esperar para irnos no lo recomiendo.

Ubicación tranquila, muy cerca de lugar de trabajo. A 20 minutos caminando de excelentes Restaurantes, Sector muy seguro, muy bien equipado. Rápida atención del personal por medio de la plataforma.

Sería ideal que tuviera aire acondicionado.
