NO VAYAN!!!! Las toallas y sábanas están sucias, huelen a tierra y suciedad. El ascensor se dañó y dijeron que en 2 días lo arreglaban, nunca pasó. El baño se moja todo cada vez que uno se baña. Se corta la luz cuando llueve. Es perder el dinero y pasarla mal peleando

Very convenient location, walking distance to two big supermarkets, restaurants, car and bike rental (you'll need one or the other), lavanderias and collectivo stop to the cenotes. The main ADO bus station is also about 15-20 minutes by foot, and the beach about 15-20 min by bike. Balcony faces the street, but there's a big tree so it feels private. The building was on a dead-end street with no through traffic and it felt generally safe. I had a studio apartment on the second floor which was clean, surprisingly quiet and had great Wi-Fi. I never used the roof pool but it was nice to sit there sometimes. Communication was clear and responsive through What'sapp.

A few more amenities might be helpful. Maybe more dishtowels for the kitchen, a towel bathmat for the sink area and definitely some drinking water. There were welcome beers in the fridge, but not everyone drinks alcohol. Also a guest guidebook, with info about the apartment and local tips. It was my first time in Tulum and having some recommendations would have been great.

Velmi pohodlná postel. Dobře vybavený byt. Perfektní komunikace majitelky. Jednoduchý vstup do domu a převzetí klíčů, nebyli jsme vázáni na čas.

Pokud chcete byt blíž pláže, je to trochu dál.

Apartment war schön und geräumig. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Lage war sehr gut. Auch der Dachpool war schön. Wir konnten vor dem Check in die Koffer unterstellen und auch schon die Dachterrasse und den Pool nutzen

Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr schlecht. Wir haben die Zugangsdaten nicht zur Check-in Zeit erhalten. Erst auf Nachfrage und einer weiteren halben Stunde Wartezeit haben wir den Code bekommen.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questa struttura per i nostri 3 giorni a Tulum. Posizione ottima rispetto a market e ristoranti vari. Pulizia dell’appartamento impeccabile in tre giorni ci hanno fatto pure un cambio asciugamani. Pulizia ottima. Da consigliare per futuri viaggi.

Very nice Apartment, clean and with Everything one needs. The hotel also has a top roof pool. We did not use it, but we saw it and was very nice!

A couple of towels more would have been appreciated. Maybe also a big one for the pool. A possibility to wash (washingmachine) could be included in the building

No hot water, when reported ,maintenance entered and left apartment door wide open with no one inside...very risky in a building. Of apartments! Clearly states no parties- day we arrived a party was in full swing on the roof pool area- with loud music - another rule stared no loud music

Het apartement was ruim, rustig en ket een goed bed. Er is een terras waar je heerlijk kan zitten. Er is zowel een ventilator als een airco. Het zwembad was schoon en heeft q80 graden uitzicht. Parkeren kan voor de deur en de omgeving is rustig. Ook is er een hele grote supermarkt om de hoek.
