This is not a 5 diamond property. The hotel is outdated. The construction is next to the hotel and on the beach. The beach is 10min drive on a trolley to the adjustment hotel. Customer service is hit and miss. No activities or entertainment whatsoever. the beach is dirty but swimmable.The hotel is located remotely, 30min drive from the city.

The booking on Expedia is extremely misleading. It says we get $90 resort credit per day. That is absolutely false. The hotel will not honor it.If you book an ultra north Tower suite, the pictures online are of the master suite South tower. We booked a corner ultra suite, and it is as pictured, however, when we were disappointed in the accommodations, we tried to switch rooms and they told us there were no rooms available, and Expedia show to have rooms available . The room is not what they have pictured. The food is excellent. The staff is very friendly. The management (Daniel specifically) was not accommodating at all when we brought up our issues, and was very condescending. I have stayed at this property many times and I’ve never been treated as poorly as he treated us. The next day the management addressed her issues but we never got a resort credit of $90 per day as advertised on Expedia.
