Villa Sanah

Beautiful stay in great plunge pool. I really enjoyed the property and felt like I was in the jungle. The staff is helpful and nice. The location requires taxis or a car.

L’emplacement le long d’une route bruyante.. et dangereux de rentrer ou sortir du parking. Attention aux moustiques en pleine nature, nous n’avons pas pu profiter pleinement de l’extérieur

The villa was so private and relaxing staff were on hand 24/7 if needed this place was so tranquil

Nothing although a garden bbq would have been perfect here

The moment we got there, they were very helpful very attentive. They fulfilled every request we made and housekeeping was on site everyday.

The service at the front desk was very good, but there were a few minor details we didn't like. In the villa's bathroom, there was a hole in the palm-leaf walls on the outside that could be seen where we were showering. I tried to patch it up, but someone discovered it again. We told the guy who worked there; he never fixed it. Another thing: We found a scorpion in my daughter's room.

Tulum was onze laatste stop dus we waren de Mexicaanse prijzen gewoon - het ontbijt was erg duur en duurde ook erg lang om klaar te maken. De 2e dag zijn we iets verderop in een ontbijtzaakje gaan eten.
