The handicap parking spot should have a sign and the hotel should not allow just any car to park right in front of the handicap ramp. Everyday the ramp was blocked by a different car, and my disabled relative had a hard time going up the steps

"Preferimos perder el dinero a quedarnos allí "

La atención en recepción dejó mucho que desear. Había 4 personas y ni una sola con hospitalidad. Si así reciben a las personas no quise ni saber cómo estaba la habitación. Decidimos no quedarnos y mejor irnos a Veracruz dejando Xalapa.
