ULIV Roma Norte

Me quedé porque fui a las luchas y estuvo ideal por la ubicación! Me funciono todo de maravilla y el depa estaba muy ordenado y limpio cuando llegué.

Tuve una estancia muy tranquila. los espacios en general son muy prácticos. Tienen muy buena atención al detalle y todos fueron muy amables :)

Good location walking distance to restaurants and convenience store. Clean property, however feel the 1 complimentary cleaning should have been provided at the midpoint of the stay and not towards the end. Friendly staff but did not speak English ( except for one) which was very disappointing. If you have a concierge, communication in critical. Basic kitchen which we did not use except for the fridge. No kettle used Microwave to heat water. No elevator therefore not able to access terrace.

The hotel itself it's beautiful, more of a apartment feel than hotel and that was amazing, felt like home ! Staff is super and rooms are super cute and the aesthetics of it all is so beautiful! Many restaurants and coffee shops around!

The staff were super friendly. The rooms were well equipped and clean. Excellent location too.

No lift/elevator in the building, tough if you have large suitcases and got the top floor. But the staff are super helpful and insist on bringing your bags up for you.

Lo único bueno es personal, chicas muy amables y dan buenas recomendaciones.

1.Cuarto muuuuy pequeño, parece que estas en armario; aprox 2x2.5m; fotos en booking están tomadas de buen angulo, realidad es diferente 2.ventanas de todos cuartos son al pasillo, por esto siempre están tapadas con persianas, no entra luz natural, no sabes si es dia o noche, ni que clima es, 3.no hay ninguna silla, mini mesa que está no se puede usar para trabajo porque arriba esta tele. 4.no hay plancha, ni secadora para cabello, ni botella de agua, ni cafetera...lo que tienen otros hoteles 5. Estuve 4 días, no limpian cuartos, ni tiran basura mientras huesped vive allí. 6.no hay elevador, solo escalera 7.no hay servicio de comida (café, restaurante) 8. A este precio se puede reservar hotel con espacio mas ampio y servicios básicos incluidos. Considero que precio no corresponde a calidad.

Like the gym and the fact it had a nice kitchen with all the accoutrements you may need to cook as well as an area for small community events.

Well, didn't have an elevator and it had five floors.

Lo unico bueno es la ubicación

Los cuartos son terriblemente malos, incómodos, la limpieza de las habitaciones la cobran por separado, no hay elevador, el trato no es muy amigable e incluso se siente pedante. El baño estaba terriblemente sucio, el.agua caliente no se mantiene caliente constante, se enfría en intervalos, quema y luego se enfría horrible. El espacio es tan reducido que no hay espacio para caminar en la habitación, el ruido de el hotel en la madrugada es muy fuerte, en general creo que es el peor hotel en el que me he hospedado, la luz es o en oscuridad total o demasiada luz, no hay caja de seguridad

The location was great, tons of great street food, restaurants, bars and cafes within walking distance. The staff is what made this hotel extraordinary. Edwin went above and beyond to make us feel at home and even left a gift in our room to make our trip extra special.

Excelente ubicación. Las habitaciones super limpias, hay seguridad 24/7 lo cual es un plus, además de que el staff es super amable y servicial, me ayudaron a subir y bajar mis maletas a mi habitación. 100% recomendado.
