ULIV Roma Norte

The security guard was really helpful. Even with the language barrier, their customer service was good. Room was clean and spacious. The kitchen was equipped with a microwave, fridge, and a stove. There are also plates, cutleries(spoons, knives, and forks).If you want to cook there are some supermarkets around the area that's walking distance. Lots of good restaurants to eat at that is also walkable.

Friendly staff, great location, and nice little space with everything you need. Bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Just a quick overnight stay, but I’d recommend it and would stay here again.

The staff at ULIV are absolutely excellent and so accommodating. Everyone who worked there is happy, and willing to help. You can tell they all care about your experience as a guest. I also love the rooftop terrace, which features an outdoor gym.

The rooms unfortunately do not have exterior windows (except for one or two rooms, which I only learned when the kind receptionists told me the next day). The interior windows mean that you can see guests walk by, and guests can look into your room. If you close the blinds, no natural light comes in, so it's a precarious situation to be in. Secondly, there were no elevators in this property. I had a large suitcase and was on the 4th floor. The wonderful female receptionist had to help carry my large suitcase up to my room (which I felt so bad for her). the fact that there is no elevator should be advertised, as I recently had a knee surgery and cannot walk up and down stairs with ease, especially with a large suitcase.

I was so pleasantly surprised with my room. I was a little concerned that the smallest room option was going to feel like a closet. It did not give me that impression whatsoever! The size was just right and was beautifully decorated and well conditioned.

Great place, I’ve stayed in other ULIV properties around Mexico City. This location makes it a fight for first place

Great location and the staff were so incredible, kind and made us so welcome at the venue. Couldn’t speak more highly of all the staff we spoke to.

We booked this hotel for the rooftop to be able to use it and also the gym and for all the days we were here except the last the roof was closed without pre warning. We also were put on the ground floor which was very noisy with people coming and going all day and night and the talking right next to the reception

Fantastic location, apartments were extremely clean and modern and great ammenities and free laundry! The staff were absolutely exceptional (stellar!!!!) - cannot fault them at all they were so incredible and friendly.

No elevator unfortunately, room a bit small and the bathroom did smell a bit. Laundry is restricted in hours that can be used but was not listed anymore however staff were extremely flexible to let me do my own

We had a great stay at ULIV Roma Norte. The staff was super nice and accommodating. The location was great and had a lot of stuff nearby. Very affordable too!
