SM APARTMENTS

Excelente, espacioso, cómodo.

I was unsure at first because it was too easy, really affordable and didn't ask me to pay before my stay, But the SM Apartments are attached to Santa Maria Hotel and provided all of the convieniences of staying at the hotel and the comforts of home. Lined along a golf course, the view from our private balcony was serene. The apartment was spacious and clean. If you will need an iron, you will need to check that out at the front desk and I would have brough some kind of streaming device because the TV channels are in spanish (of course... Mexico), and I wasn't in the mood to practice my spanish. Will deinitely stay again!

We did not get the room we booked which was a disappointment as we had a view of a wall. Not sure how that got messed up. They brushed me off when I tried to deal with discuss with them. Our patio door handle was broken so the lock barely held on. There were 3 of us in room but only allowed 1 key. We also had tiny bugs crawling all over the kitchen counters and in the closet so we were unable to cook or leave anything sitting out in kitchen. For us getting the apartment was so we could do cook etc. The pool was fine. It was quiet except for over the weekend when locals seemed to take over. The grounds were nice. Enjoyed the relaxing vibe on quiet days outside.

Management at the Santa Maria respond well to any requests or problems .

Falta fumigar hay animalitos en la cocina y una gotera en el departamento.

Buen hotel ubicado cerca de centros comerciales y buen detalle de bienvenida con todos sus elementos para una buena estadía.

Es un excelente lugar, todo el personal muy amable, excelente ubicación todo muy cerca, el único inconveniente fue la luz de una habitación que no funcionaba y me hubiera gustado q hubiera licuadora y plancha en el departamento, de ahi en fuera todo excelente

El departamento está súper bien, cómodo y con todo lo necesario… pero no hacen limpieza y hay mucha cucaracha

Esta de acuerdo al precio, no es un lugar lujoso, los muebles ya están acabados, las camas colchón duro, malo wi fi, ni siquiera carga Netflix, malo el dish, no funcionaba, le falta mejor limpieza, los cajones de la cocina olían a ratón, tuve que desinfectar todo, lo bueno que hay un Mercado grande cruzando la calle, la alberca está bien. Si se quedan en el hotel les incluyen el desayuno, en los departamentos no, les faltan utensilios de cocina, así que si te quedas ahí lleva tus cosas de cocina, no ponerme tampoco bolsas para la basura, es mejor que lleves todo lo que necesitas, si después de todo mi comentario te animas a quedarte ahí, yo no volveré, pero creo que es de acuerdo al precio, si quieres un mejor lugar definitivamente hay muchos más, pero pagarás por ello.
