Hidden gem of San Jose Del Cabo. A 2br apt with a pool for spring break season for less than half than others? No brainer. This isn't the Hyatt, so set your expectations accordingly, but the apartment has the essentials. The AC didn't work in one of the rooms, but there's one in in the living room that helps cool the air in that one. The hotel is right across the street from a supermarket that has everything. I would recommend buying any alcohol bottles you plan to take back with you from there, unless you just want to support a small business, which there are tons of around. Laundry can be done with their washing machines for a fee, though you'll need to provide your own detergent and dryer sheets. Water pressure is not great, and takes around 30 seconds to a minute to get warm. Decent WiFi, at least 8Mb upload speed though I didn't test it without a VPN so it might be faster. 65" TV in the living room, most all kitchen/cookware you'll need and dishes. Just 10-15 minutes walk to the really fancy hip expensive area in SJD. Also 10 minutes drive (on the back road) to get to the downtown area with the beautiful art walk they have on Thursdays. No hot tub, but you really don't need one here. The pool is great and very relaxing to swim in our lay by in the sun. I uploaded pictures of the apartment because I saw none on Hotels.com, so I was halfway expecting it to be a scam for the price. Pleasantly surprised and I will absolutely seek this place out to stay again.

Entrance door needs a deadbolt lock only has a passage lock . Not secure at all. No dish soap , no tea towels , curtains falling down , two bath towels one had bleach marks and the start of holes in it , one hand towel only , one pull out sofa never used, one swing chair, excellent by location to shopping and excellent walking, noise from adjacent units ie tvs carries

The internet was off and on the host did offer a secondary solution. The property had extremely limited supplies only 1 towel for an entire week and no face cloths or dish towel. Would also have liked a broom to tidy up.

Very attentive, excellent location, clean and quiet, but the best thing that no hotel in the area has is that the reservation, check-in and check-out were very prompt, excellent.

Our issues started from the moment we arrived. The receptionist was unable to find our reservation even though we clearly showed them the Expedia confirmation. So with the stress of feeling we had nowhere to go I decided to call the number on the Expedia email. The manager Luis answered and called the receptionist to confirm we did have a reservation. They said our room wasn’t ready but they booked us into another room. It was much smaller than the 2 bedroom apartment we had rented. So our group of 3 adults and 2 children squeezed into two small double beds for the night as we were told our room would be ready the next day. The next day we took possession of the apartment and everything was fine until night time when roaches started coming out from the kitchen. We killed almost 5 roaches that night and didn’t sleep. When I called reception that night they told me they could switch us to another room and when I went to check it it had ripped bedding and the room was not clean. I decided to stay there the night to not wake my two little ones as by now it was 1am and to move into a gross dirty apartment was not an option. They promised fumigation the next day and gave us bug spray for the meantime. The next day we had an outing booked to La Paz. When we got back around 8pm they said they had cleaned and fumigation done but the first thing we saw walking in were 3 roaches in the kitchen. We ended up leaving and they refunded our money and thankfully they put up no resistance.
