Mistiq Los Cabos

We loved the location. Being as I travel often, it is rare that I stay at a place that far exceeds my expectation. I come to Cabo every year. We have stayed at many different locations there. We stayed at Mistiq for one week. We were skeptical at first not having stayed here before. Our family was over the moon happy with the accomodations at Mistiq. What a fabulous location. Check in was very easy. After a short breifing on the apartment we were staying and the facilities, we were directed to our room and it was everything we expected and more. The apartment was huge, well furnished with kitchen, washer/dryer and dishwasher, coffee pot, etc. The place even had utensils for our use. The property was ultra clean and Rodolfo the manager was wonderful to us and very helpful. We had an amazing week with family at Mistiq, we look forward to coming back again in Dec. A+

The unit wasn’t cleaned well, didn’t have basics like hand soap

great apartment with beautiful facilities. We stayed in the 3 bedroom and it was very spacious. The pools were really nice and the heated one was perfect for our baby. The gym is well equipped too. Be aware its recommended to have a car so you can easily get out and about.

we stayed for 9 nights and would have appreciated a mid stay cleaning as it got really dusty after a few days.

they charged a lot of deposite -9000 pesos,but they didn’t return the deposite to us on time with any explanation until now!!!! suggest the other customers take video and leave some proof just in case they made up stories and blame on the customers!!!

Spacious property, however floor wasn’t cleaned nor mopped . The wifi did NOT work. We tried to communicate, however not 1 person messaged us back. It was Awful service. Tub upstairs wasn’t very clean. Not equipped at all, from hair dryer to cooking pots. Had an awful stay!

Housekeeper coming in while we were gone and stole money

Good communication prior to our stay and prompt - if stunningly unhelpful - responses to issues raised during our stay. The accommodation was spacious, although we were only 2 in an apartment that sleeps 6. At full occupancy, the sofa area would have been too cramped as there are metal rails between the cushions that are very uncomfortable to sit across and the balcony only had table and chairs for 4 plus 1 solitary sunlounger. Also, the aesthetics of the furnishings were somewhat diminished by the dead and dying pot plants in the living area. The security guards for the building were friendly and helped us with our luggage.

Our Booking.com confirmation confidently announced that a top feature of the apartment was the pool with a view. Well, not only did the apartment that we were allocated (201) NOT have a pool with a view, it was so poorly located wthin the building that we barely had sight of the communal pool for the building and, as for the view, this was predominantly of dusty building sites, an unfinished road and the security office that serves the building (see photos). It also was right above the refuse area, hence we were treated to 10 minutes of noisy bin collection activity from 7.15am on our first morning! The check in process was a disaster. Despite arriving exactly in the 30 minute timeslot pre-notified to the accommodation, we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive to check us in. Evidently, the main purpose of the check in was for them to collect USD500 damage deposit, as they did not even show us where within the confusingly numbered building our apartment was. I was simply shown a diagram of the building and directed to a well-positioned apartment which we were unable to enter, when we tried to get in with the access details provided at check in. It took us around 45 minutes of lugging heavy cases around the building before we finally found the exceptionally badly located apartment 201 - and that only because the very kind, Spanish-speaking security guard had been good enough to accompany us to help with our luggage. Despite being advertised as an accessible property, the lifts up to the apartments are inaccessibly located in the underground car park and are really not obvious on arrival, unless you have your own car and happen to notice them in the low-lit basement at the end of a steep ramp. Otherwise, like us, you are left facing the prospect of very steep steps up to the apartments. Of course, having collected the damage deposit, there was no longer anybody from Mistiq Los Cabos onsite.

Everything was absolutely AMAZING. We travel around the world and this was one of our favorite places to stay. Apartment is huge, comfortable and gorgeous with an outstanding view. We will for sure be back. I still can’t believe the deal on this room.. Staff member, Rodolfo, had incredible communication the whole week!

Nothing… Parking for the unit was a little weird lol

I received a courtesy call before checking in to further instruct me on how to get to the property. Management was very helpful upon checking in. The view was beautiful. The pool and jacuzzi was nice. I just didn’t like the fact I couldn’t get housekeeping the entire stay! I cleaned and made the beds myself. Beside that the condo was beautiful!

Housekeeper wasn’t available The floors as confusing as well. Just be mindful if the room is in the 200s than the apartment will be on the first floor. Lol
