Mistiq Los Cabos

The apartment is very nice and big. It is very comfy for our family. The decoration is beautiful. We stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment with a pool view. The pools are beautiful and big and the view is spectacular!! We stayed for 5 nights on July 2024

We had a great stay at Mistiq! Beautiful view if the ocean and skyline, 2 pools, and a very spacious condo with 2.5 bathrooms. We would definantly stay here again!

Not clear and transparent communication with do’s & don’t

I liked the location, it was pretty central to all the places we like to visit while in Cabo.

I DID NOT LIKE MY ACCOMMODATIONS! It was a BAIT & SWITCH! I selected a particular unit because 3 of us were traveling together! I was given a TOTALLY DIFFERENT UNIT than what I selected! The floors were dirty, there was soiled silverware( Manager had cleaning lady to come back and re-wash the cutlery) , the prior guests leftovers were LEFT IN THE OVEN, the plants were dead, it had very little decor! My home is better decorated than this so called vacation home! There was ONE LOUNGER CHAISE on the balcony( IT WAS 3 of us and on the picture it had a 3 piece patio set) ! I hated it ! The manager, Rodolfo tried to make it better by moving us to another unit but that one was infested with ANTS so we moved our things back to the original unit . We just dealt with it at that point! I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

Easy to collect the keys, but the apartament offered by the host it was NOT the one on the pictures from booking.com

I think is not fair renting by the website / app booking.com something that is NOT what you recive there

I fell in love with this place!!! The building's architecture, the view, the size of the apartments, the design, the cleanliness, the friendly staff, the gym, the pools...literally, loved every aspect of it. That's why I came back to this place with so much enthusiasm and it exceeded my expectations every time.
