The hot water tank failed completely and flooded the unit. They did not offer another unit. For a luxury stay, the lack of basic hot water for 4 days of a 5 day stay is absolutely unacceptable. They did not offer compensation, or another unit, and now won't answer my messages to seek resolution. I wouldnt recommend for lack of basic customer care. The property was almost completely vacant, so seems that others dont book here either.

Big space. New Everything

We loved the living room and the patio, it was so so spacious with so much light coming in. The windows open so wide with this beautiful view (except for the obstruction). The bedrooms and bathrooms were also so big, I feel very safe there even with thunderstorm. The security people at the gate were so friendly. The pools and gyms were very cleaned, there is people cleaning the property almost everyday.

- My biggest down is that the view from my patio was obstructed so depending on which room you get, you will know get a full view of the bay. - The walls and couch had stains - Slow Wifi, the wifi was good at first but then it went down hill...
