Se presentó una fuga de agua en la refrigeración y tardaron en dar respuesta, al final la solución fue mantener apagada la refrigeración

We enjoyed having a lot of space in the 3 bed/3 bath apartment and the beds are super comfy! We made use of the gym and pool which are well maintained. Also, there is a padel court right next door which was a fun activity for our group!

The road leading to the apartment is not fully built yet. The furniture in the living room had lots of stains on it, unfortunately you can tell these apartments have been used for parties. Also the water pressure in the bathrooms is not strong.

Beautiful view. Great pool and gym. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. Plus outstanding design and clean. Rodolpho was a great host and helped recommend restaurants and things to do.

The pool can be cleaner.

It was a nice place in general and not far away from shops/stores/restaurants. Accomadates big groups. So that was nice

First we werent given our correct rooms that we reserved and pretty much were told that they didnt have them so we were short a couple of beds. We were told we would recieve a refund for the apartment price differences and we never did. The manager was hard to get ahold of for any problems we encountered since we never recieved a phone number or email or anything. Our door wouldnt lock and when we did finally get ahold of Rodolfo he just said he told me instructions on how to open/door door and that I wasnt doing it correctly while the whole time all it needed was bew batteries which we had to go buy cause they refused to go check it out. The apartment wasnt very clean when we arrived and we were told we had to leave it clean at checkout or we wouldnt recieve our deposit. We werent provided with enough toilet paper/trash bags etc for entire stay so we had to go buy it. Nice quite place to stay at they just need better customer service and management.

Sali el 31 de julio y hoy 9 de agosto no me han reembolsado el deposito que te piden, en la renta de autos me regresaron el rembolso al siguiente día que lo regrese y es mismo banco. Rente dos departamentos el 207 no se los recomiendo nada, nisiquiera papel higiénico hay, se tuvo que comprar un trapo para la cocina, fibra para los trastes, papel higiénico, shampoo, jabón corporal, no tiene suficientes trastes para que uno prepare sus propios alimentos, la sala y las sillas del comedor estan sumamente sucios y huelen a humedad... el departamento 110 si esta más equipado pero no tiene Internet lo fueron arreglar y duro max 30 min después ya no volvimos a tener en toda nuestra estancia, no cuentan con elementos para playa, si quieres ocupar el asador qué está en tú departamento tiene un costó extra de 200 pesos por limpieza, si pides sombrilla te cobran 150 el día de la renta de la misma, si haces ir a tu anfitrión por la noche, por qué se te haya cerrado la puerta te cobran 1000 pesos..

They provided no cleaning things, no extra trash bags, etc.
