El orden de la habitación

No pudimos dormir, el ruido exterior hace vibrar las ventanas hasta pasado las 4 am. Tiene 2 habitaciones y la que colinda hacia la calle es el problema, hay un bar justo abajo que pone la música muy fuerte. Hablamos con el personal y nos cambiaron a otro departamento que fue genial 😍 silencioso, amplio, familiar e igual de cerca con la 5ta Av. Por el cambio nos cobraron 60 USD de limpieza por un departamento que ocupamos menos de 12 hrs y tampoco nos entregaron un recibo de ese gasto.

The rooftop was amazing. Everything public, bathrooms, floors, entrance, seating areas were clean and the smell was good.

The room : had a moldy and humid smell. Upon arrival, was told the sofa bed would be ready, no sheets or pillow. I had to contact the owner in which provided me with them after the fact.Did not realize no balcony.Sheets had fuzzies.Told the sheets were stained and towels were dirty.After 11 days of use, normal.No stains, ( self tanner cream does not stain)but yet was charged and told they had to use anti stain removal.The day we left, i know i left the place clean,yet they wrote to me sent me pictures and wanted to charge me for new sheets , towel and comforter.very unprofessional , could have concluded after them being washed. I would never recommend or return to this room, but the building itself and staff were great. I would add a guard rail on rooftop where steps are .

La terrasse sur le toit est superbe avec piscine, délicieux coktail et personnal serviable et aimable.

Clean place with good facilities, excellent cosmetics, super bads, service, jacuzzi, pool

noise at every night. Music from a nearby club plays all night long — I couldn’t sleep during my stay. Apparently, rooms on the other side are quieter.

Bra läge. Modernt hotell med trevlig takpool.

Strulig incheckning. Deposition på 200 USD där jag förlorade ca 10 USD pga stor differens i valutakurs och kortbetalning. Borde ha fått tillbaks samma belopp. Inget för den som är känslig för kackerlackor.

Location and rooftop view.

I did not like that you have to pay for towel replacements or cleaning service. Towel replacements is $30 dlls and cleaning service if you want them to clean the room is $60 dlls. It is ridiculous that you stay in a hotel/condo for a week and that they do not provide room service without charging you. Even though when I booked through booking.com does not specify that. I have stayed in this hotel before and never experienced this service in the past. Also, be aware that if Casago rentals is the one in charge of the room, they are going make you sign a contract agreement with all this specifications, but until you get there. Good luck!
