An exceptionally comfortable junior suite, comfortable large king bed, rather good noise insulation, well equipped kitchenette, nice sofa and seating area & large clean shower. The design is beautiful. The staff at the front desk are all extremely pleasant and helpful. Generous supply of coffee pods for the Nespresso machine. The rooftop coffee area has stunning views. The location of the hotel, on the border of Roma Norte: means you're within walking distance of hundreds of eateries and higher end restaurants.

1. Breakfast: Despite having informed the hotel ahead of lactose intolerance - there were zero breakfast options for us (or for anyone who is vegan). The continental breakfast items were all with butter or milk. This meant that throughout our 5 night stay we had to buy breakfast items from the nearby supermarket. If you end up using the kitchenette then note that Sumesa Colima is a far better supermarket than the one across the street. 2. The TV is in the bedroom area across from the bed, so if one sits in the sitting area while the other sleeps, the person in the sitting area cannot watch TV. That's rather useless. 3. The only full length mirror is in the bathroom in a darkly lit area, please move it to the entrance area so one can use it better. 4. If you're extremely sensitive to noise then perhaps the forward facing rooms (facing Av. insurgentes) are too noisy for you.

The location was great! It’s very walkable to everything. The rooftop area has a great view. The room itself is aesthetic and nicely decorated. It was nice to have an AC in the room. The staff was amazing, everyone was so friendly!

The smell coming from the shower drain was absolutely terrible. It was so strong on day 3 we asked the front desk to come look at it and they sent someone up immediately. They ended up just spraying some stuff around and it didn’t fix anything at all. We messaged them the next day and asked to switch rooms but they never replied. We stuck it out but it was an awful smell that woke us up in the middle of the night even. I’m not sure if the hotel can do anything about the drains but that’s the only thing that really ruined the room for us. It’s hard to want to go be in your room , or even relax, or feel clean taking a shower, when the smell is so terrible you can hardly breathe.

Great hotel with an ideal location in Roma Norte, a great coffee shop attached - and special shout out to Abraham who was extremely kind and helpful. We will absolutely come again.

very nice staff, giving me lots of advice on what to do in town. room was big and comfortable. rooftop is gorgeous but no bar service.good location, easy access with Uber.

Although the room was prepaid, They took a charge for potential expenses of 1500 MXN that should be reverted. This is not godo behaviour, better to ask me in the morning ig I got something from the mini-bar.
